The store is well organized and situated nicely in the Downtown SF Nordstrom (Westfield) mall. The service team were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I rarely enjoy shopping. I visited on Veteran's Day at about 1:00 pm and was fortunate to receive assistance from one of the most pleasant retail store members I've ever met. I'll definately return to shop with her again. I'll update my post with names after I verify.

Staffs are polite and helpful. I met the young lady who is very patient, helpful and talked on the phones with 2 other men staffs: Andrew and Brandon are very helpful, polite, too. My daughter and I definitely come back again.

I feel bad for the person that owns this store. When I was in store the staff member was being very rude to me and turns out they don't let you take in shopping bag from other purchases in the same mall and neither take liability of watching them for you while you're inside, so instead of trying on the pieces that I had spent the last half an hour picking out, I put them on the rack and said "no thankyou", and she screamed "that's okay" after me as I walked out. I couldn't help but think, of course that's okay for her, nothing would get cut out of her salary, but the poor owner would suffer losses with such bad behaviour.. Also if I can't take my bags in when I'm shopping at a mall, then how can I keep my items safe? sad to experience

WOW talk about customer service. Melissa, the store manager, is an absolute delight to work with. I came in about a month ago, with a very minor issue regarding a product and she was amazing. Because of how I was treated and her ability to help, when I thought it just wasn't possible, I will continue to shop at GUESS for years to come. Melissa is a huge asset to the company and I truly hope they know that.

Customer service is so lacking in most businesses, but NOT here. When I couldn't find what I had seen on a previous visit, the Guess representative attempted to help me find what I wanted by searching other store inventory. Although they didnt have it any longer I truly appreciated the effort put in to help me. "I'll be back". Thank you.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Customer Service! I will never ever shop at Guess again. Purchased shoes in the San Francisco store at Christmas time. They did not have my size so they were going to send them to me. They were never delivered. I called and spoke with the manager who took it as a joke and never offered a resolution. I called the corporate office and pretty much the same response. Customer Satisfaction is definitely not a priority! Too bad!!!!
