Would still give a 0. Guitar Center replied to my comment and asked me to email them so I did... they told me to tell them everything again which again, I did. Then they went on to say they'd reach out to Guitar Center in SF and that they'd reach out to me which of course, they never did. Such a horrible experience.

I have had generally negative experiences with guitar Center in San Diego. But I went to the guitar Center downtown San Francisco, and it was an entirely different story. The staff was really helpful. Even if they were busy, they were not snobbish. They were friendly and shopping there was a pleasure.

The experience ended up being terrible! Ordered an Electra Mpc X930, charcoal burst, they claimed it was in good condition, to be shipped to Columbus ohio store. The modules were missing and the strings were loose. I was reassured it was in good working Condition. From reading the reviews, this is a normal business practice with GC, at least in San Fran.

Big thank you to Ernesto at the Lawndale Guitar Center. What started out as a needed gutair string replacement resulted in getting a helpfully tuned guatir. Great customer service

Same as it's always been for 40 years that I've been going to Guitar center. Nobody asks you if you need any help and nobody gives a damn if you're there. About a third of what I was looking at didn't have a price (acoustic guitar accessories) , but all in all it's what I expected. Music stores don't tend to be too hospitable, it's just part of the failed musician experience.

Fernando, Sean and Ed were all very helpful when it came to my rental. I had so many questions and needed extra an lesson on how to connect speakers+ mics they were super patient and provided their best recommendations. During my event I had to ring them back because something was not working and Fernando walked me thru the process once again! I had a successful event and am so grateful for the assistance. Would definitely come back!
