They provide services like key replication. The value is very good and it is conveniently located for those who can walk there easily, avoiding the need to drive to larger stores. However, some customers note the security measures, including sealed double doors requiring a buzzer to enter and an interrogation from security, can feel uncomfortable and make browsing impossible. The store can also be pricey compared to big box stores and is a bit hard to spot from the outside. Despite this, many are grateful it is nearby and appreciate supporting the business.
