If they don't have your car, they'll refuse to give you a similar car without charging you more. Both the person at the desk and their customer service line wanted to charge me more when they didn't have the vehicle that was listed. Unbelievable.

Very smooth and easy experience with great customer service from start to finish. I got a great little Nissan Versa with a lot of pep and good mileage. A big bonus that this is at the Marriott hotel with 24 hour valet which makes pick up and drop off convenient. Will rent here again.

Very good experience renting from this neighborhood Hertz location. I have rented cars here multiple times. Pick ups have been smooth and fast in the weekends and they have given me great upgrades based on my status. Because they the hotel has 24hr valet, after hours drop offs have also been very easy.

Second rental in three months. After renting more than 1,200 cars, these two experiences are among the worst. Hertz doesn't operate like a rental car business or any kind of business that respects and serves it's customers. I gave one star because they're isn;'t a zero.

Wasn’t clear how to find the location. Eventually found it. We have a 12pm pick up and they’re closed for an hour. Great!
So we got there and then they told us there’s a $20 valet fee and that insurance is $20 more than it was listed online. Car rental companies like these are shady and non-transparent.
I suggest just booking a car through Turo. Save the headache of this place.

We scheduled a pick up for noon which was available on their website. When we showed up it was closed for lunch. Terribly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. The location is hard to find as well. Do not recommend.

Very happy with the entire rental experience with Hertz at the Marquis. Efficient and friendly team members. Satisfied with the car and the price was excellent.

I went there yesterday at 10:30am to pick up my rental. You have to go up to the 2nd floor and are then checked in and given a valet number to go back down and wait outside. I waited over 35 minutes for someone to bring the car down from the garage.
What they don't tell you at this location is that you are put in a valet cue with all the other Marriot hotel guests who are also waiting for their cars, and valet is the only option. There were 3 Marriot employees valeting cars for 20+ people and you just have to wait alongside the hotel guests. I will not be renting from this location again.

Absolutely disgusting. I have been charged a $20 parking fine, $200 cleaning fee, and 3x $93 ‘late’ charges because your company couldn’t do their job and log the car as returned. I returned this car on time, clean. I will do everything in my power to ensure no one rents from you again. This is completely unacceptable.

After reading some of the reviews here, I was hesitant to rent from this location. But I am pleasantly surprised to say that my experience was much better than expected. My vehicle was ready for me when I got there, there was minimal waiting time, and the $20 vehicle pickup fee mentioned in the other reviews was included in my overall cost so it wasn’t a surprise of “hidden fee”. Overall great experience!
