The care provided is phenomenal and wonderful, with kind staff who love the pups and have taken such great care of dogs for many years. The facility includes a section separating big and small dogs and incorporates nap time, with pups consistently coming home tired and relaxed. Dogs get super excited to visit, often recognizing specific cues like a collar for the trip. The staff are commended for welcoming all dogs, from high-energy pups to those with special health needs, providing fun and adapting care with love. While there is a rigid onboarding process, their price point is noted as more reasonable than independent sitters. For travel, work, or daycare, High Tail Hotel is highly recommended for a happy, tired dog.
Best doggie daycare and boarding facility in the city. My fur baby always gets super excited when it’s high tail day and gets a “hangover” after having so much fun. The people here are wonderful too!

Our dog loves high tail! We have a specific collar we put on him when we get him ready to take him to high tail. The moment we bring it out, he gets sooo excited!
