Ed is wonderful! Love coming here for my alcohol and pantry needs (whatever they have, and if they don't have it, I'll just walk to other nearby stores). Great neighborhood establishment and friendly people.

My dad and uncle owned this store back in the 60’s. Here is a picture of them working behind the counter. So glad to see it is still around! If you look at their aprons it shows Holloway market!

This is the best corner store in sf they are very friendly people even my dog loves them always feed her when I come and she just loves them by far the most loving and caring people I've ever met!!!!! I get along with all of them and they are just so amazing they genieuly care for their customers they having good prices and eddy is just so loving its always a good conversation with them always make me laugh and it's just a good environment overall

Super nice owner and excellent prices! This is a great neighborhood corner store that is a short walk off of Ocean Ave. There is sometimes a...vibrant... scene outside, but this is SF so it's nothing you haven't seen before. :) Those folks seem pretty harmless, anyway. The guy who works there is really sweet and welcoming so if you're out of something Whole Foods doesn't have (like Diet Coke!) definitely support this local business.
