Got here 2nd without an appt but some
Come in after me and will be seen before me and I have to wait but we are both walk ins. Makes no sense to me and that terrible customer service, main reason I use Hr online or go to another neighborhood to do my taxes

Had a virtul appointment with DESHAWN BUTLER at 4pm, and she didn't show up, I called the office to check in since I didn't hear from her and they reschedule me to 5pm, and again 5pm she doesn't show up. I call office and nobody answers. Extremely dissapointed in the lack of communication and customer service.

Tax agent suggested that I owe $21k and my own follow up verified that I ended up owing around $500. There is no oversight and hope they improve. The interface is nice but be prepared to do more work than the tax agent... until things are improved.

It was gr8 until the price for a 2,000 refund to remove 500 dollars out of it for typing just a couple of numbers and letters and that's it.
