Got my taxes done by Carla li and I would never get my taxes done here at all very rude tried rushing me out of the office by saying we need too keep the ball rolling when I asked certain questions about the process of getting my taxes done also treated me as if I never had an appointment scheduled. Never again will I be doing my taxes at h&r block

Aurora was so patient and helpful as I did my mom's last year of taxes as well as my own. She found me deductions I didn't know I could claim to reduce my tax burden.

My wife and I have been advised by Natalie Young for the last several years. We highly recommend her. She is patient and thorough and keeps up to date on changes in the tax code.

Cannot recomend them less. Aurora Robles Thomas is probably the worst tax preparer I ever met. Completely screwed up my corporate filing and here I am a year later trying to get everything squared away to no avail. She labeled my bussiness as a mechanic bussiness (I'm a landscaper). She claimed a K1 was filed that never was filed. She incorrectly added all my vehicles. They also charged me upwards of 1800 to complete the taxes. I am disgusted with this poor service. Upon emailing them asking for a refund, I received no response. Terrible.
