Amazing place. Not too hot, all the play structure and toys are clean, the employees are so kind and attentive. The price is amazing!! I took my three kids here for $32 and they were able to play for as long as they want! there’s something here for every age, as well as restrooms and TONS of tables and seating areas. Definitely coming back.

My preschool hosted their annual party at Imagination Playhouse. They loved it! My 4 years old and 19 months old had a blast! 3hours is not enough for my 4 y.o! He wants to come again. It is also an accesible for the guardians to be with the little ones if they want to go slide. We will come back for sure!

Another year and another booking! Susie, the owner, is just an incredible HOST. Our preschool holiday annual party was here and all of the families were impressed by the hospitality and their child had a blast. This may become a tradition for our school. 100 stars if I could. I celebrated my son's 3 year old birthday here. It was wonderful, so fun!! Evelyn was so helpful during set up and during the party. They have everything you need (tables, plates, platers, you name it!) and take care of the cleaning after the party. It's amazing. All the kids were so happy!

I celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday at Imagination playhouse and was perfect! Perfect spot for families and kids. Fun, clean and nice staff. I will use it again for my second kid!

$12 for all day play, not by the hour. You get in and out privileges in case you need to step out to pay your meter or pick up lunch. It’s also right by the 38 bus stop.

The place is good but it is much smaller than expected, if there are several children it becomes difficult for the little ones to play, they do not have a separate space. The bathrooms were a little dirty, they were not clean at all and there were few people. The games are good but some media is old. I paid $11 for 3 hours.

I took my 18 month here, and was so dissatisfied. I always expect these places to be dirty and pretty gross with kids germ etc but this was next level, thick visible dust everywhere and even the are with cleaning supplies was left open kids could easily get into. My daughter tried many times Many of the toys for little children were broken, to the point they seem unsafe and couldn’t even play with many of them trains missing wheels, loose parts of the play kitchens etc. the big kid area is pretty cool, but again dirty. I do not know if I would return with my child.

I recently visited the Imagination Playhouse with my 2 year old and it was a great experience. The indoor playground has a ball pity, multiple slides, and several age appropriate toys. It’s a great place to host a birthday party overall this is a great place for familiesiy.

We hosted our daughter's birthday party at this venue, and Susy along with her sister were incredibly helpful throughout the entire event. They assisted us in setting up decorations, unloading food trays, and efficiently cleaning up afterward. Their attentiveness extended to the children as well – when one child missed her mom, who briefly stepped out, Susy and her sister stayed by her side, providing comfort and company. They even attempted to reach the mom to update her on the situation.While the parking situation might pose a slight challenge, it's manageable.The party space offered a variety of activities, including a ball pit, a pretend play area, and slides, ensuring that my daughter and her friends had a blast. It's an ideal venue for children aged 3 to 8, providing a perfect outlet for their energy. Overall, a great experience!

We hosted our daughter's 2nd birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. We made arrangements ahead of time to rent the entire space and paid for a decorating package. Susie was absolutely great to work with and was even able to accommodate our needs for a pink baby shark birthday for our little one. They are super nice and accommodated our group. We arrived and set up the food and did not have to worry about decorations or table settings. It was the WAY to go, no more renting an extra hour just to haul my own decorations and set up before the event. (We did local catering, delivered to the site)The kids had the BEST time, running around and playing in the structures and doing what they wanted to. We wanted a place with flexibility, which is what other play places don't offer (strict times for playing and eating). Even my friends and family had a great time, they could let the kids run around without having to watch every move. We had the whole place to ourselves with staff at the front door to make sure everyone stayed inside. It was great.I would recommend this to everyone, it is easy and by far the best place to host a kid's party in San Francisco.
