21st of March time is 945. I’m in shocked from the treatment that I got from the Floyd. I asked for an iPod and he stated air cost $379. I ask him how is that makes sense when they cost an apple 200 and then he told me are you an apple or are you in San Francisco airport? I told him I’m in San Francisco for tomorrow you’re so rude yes do you wanna bite bite you don’t wanna buy go away. Don’t go there worst store ever !!!!!!

The markup on their products is absolutely insane. Do not shop here. A $429 Apple Watch is $499, a $249 Apple Watch SE is $299, etc. It's not worth it. Save time and money and shop online.

We walked in and were immediately greeted by a super friendly sales person who was both enthusiastic but also not pushy- much appreciated after a delayed flight. We browsed the store that is filled with apple and non-apple products. It's a strange place to want to buy an IPad, but you can! On top of that, they've also got Bose products and a place to try them out. Pretty wide selection of items.

Super unhelpful and rude. I was absolutely the only person in the store on December 17th at 8:30 am and the young women behind the counter glances up from her phone without acknowledging me when I come in. I'm in the market for a high end set of headphones. I can't get them to show up on my IPhone and she gets angry at me when I ask for help. No headphones showed up on my blue tooth so something might have been wrong - in any event I will never buy from this store. Note to Managment, let this one go and be more careful who you hire, I'm probably not the only one who was turned away because your help couldn't be distracted from their scrolling by a customer.

My husband bought me a new MacBook Air from here for Christmas. You can say I was beyond excited. I plugged it in and let it charge for awhile. I found that that battery said it needed to be replaced it won’t work unless it’s constantly plugged in. He purchased the extended warranty. Which is no good because it’s not actually through Apple so you can’t take it to your local Apple store. :/ The only customer service is online and they are telling us that once an Apple product is open it can’t be returned even if it is defective like mine is. Ugh so frustrated. If your looking to purchase apple products I’d go to an actual Apple store!!! IStores are only in airports too so unless we buy a plane ticket we can’t go back. I will update this if someone will contact us back through email.

I purchased a laptop bag here. I asked about their return policy and the salesperson told me it is written on the receipt. On the receipt was written that purchased items can be returned in 30 days. I used the bag for a couple of hours and did not like it. I came back to the store to return the bag after 6 days. Another salesperson was there and she told me I cannot return bags and I should contact the manufacturer company! She kept repeating that the bag is used!! First she said I cannot return but I can exchange with another item. Then she changed her own words in 2 minutes and said I cannot even exchange. She said it was the fault of the other salesperson who is new here (apparently I am responsible for the fault of their new employees). AVOID THIS SHOP if you can. Their business model is to lie and exploit the fact that people in airport are usually in hurry and don’t have the time to argue with them. If you are considering shopping there after your arrival flight, just wait and do your shopping in the city.
