J & J Hardware Store is a neighborhood gem and a great hardware store. The staff is friendly, helpful, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. They take their time to explain how products work and go above and beyond, even for small purchases. The store maintains a pretty comprehensive and large selection of products, so they invariably have everything customers are looking for. Many find it very convenient, faster, and even cheaper than large chain stores. Customers leave satisfied, knowing they received excellent service and can find what they need for any project.
Best hardware store I've ever been! Marvin was really really helpful and knowledgable, he gave guidance and solution since I know nothing about plumbing. Amazing experience!

I like the staff there but most the latino that works there. The puts a smile on my face everything I see him he is so help and handsome I can't wait to go back just to see his handsome face
