Not sure why the reviews here are so low, ya'll need to chill. I've only had great experiences here. Save yourself the trouble of waiting and order ahead. The employees here always greet you with a smile, given how busy it can get. Here and there my smoothie will be upsized and that small gesture is kind of special. Clean shop. I stop by almost every morning! Not kidding.

my husband and i took a trip to jamba for a smoothie to help give us energy for a long, activity packed, touristy day in san francisco. the staff were all energetic and radiant which was very much appreciated on an early tuesday morning! they were extremely attentive and efficient with working on our order and even offered a free boost. the entire experience from the second we walked in through the door was great, however, it was a bit sad having to see the staff deal with such finicky machines during checkout. it's unclear from my perspective how old these devices are but the staff, and the customers, deserve to be able to process transactions without hassle. i sincerely hope management sees this and does something to rectify the issue at hand. this is absolutely of no fault of the hard working staff--please do better for your employees.

Always have a great experience at this location. The staff are on the go and attentive to their customers. The waffle bowl was the most delicious thing I've eaten in weeks! Thank you!

I stood waiting for an Acai bowl with peanut butter for thirty minutes, and never received it! The people that came after me were already gone by now! I finally asked for my money back, and that took another 15 minutes because, no-one knew how to operate the register! I had to wait for the manager to come! After another 10 minutes of waiting on my confirmation receipt, I decided to leave!

Pretty fresh and nice razzmatazz. It was weird though that it felt like a slushie even though we refused any additional ice.

Rosa is very rude and argumentative, when just trying to order a simple smoothie. I can scan my app and my rewards account is available. But with Rosa it doesn't seem to be as easy of a visit. I frequently visit this location and have never experienced this type of behavior. If she is working I will be turning around and walking out. I stopped going to the Macys location a few blocks away because of the same problem with Rosa. Sorry to say She is trouble

Went to grab a light breakfast at jamba and I ended up getting an açaí bowl for around $11. 0/10 would not recommend. They barely filled up my bowl and they only gave me a pinch of toppings. They couldn't even give me at least half a banana on top. Rip off.

I guess 4 stars. Jamba juice is jamba juice for the most part. Picked up an order for work and everything was ready and correct, so 4 stars for that. The smoothies were as expected, so nothing to report there. If you know jamba and like jamba, you should be fine. If you've never been here before and you are relying on my review to decide whether to try it or not, just give it a try. All the ingredients are listed and I trust you know what each type of fruit tastes like, so.....

First, the employees argued with each other about whether the cash register was broken. When they finally did accept my cash payment of $9.04 for a smoothy that was under $6 less than 2 years ago, they gave me a smoothy that didn't even fill 80% of the cup. (see picture). They acted like this is was normal and I was lucky I got as much as I did.
