Honestly the service was slow. And it’s not the staff fault either. Two people ? Seriously? The owner should hire more people.

OJ carrot juice plus I dumped in two shots of ginger. Tasty, but $17 is extremely expensive for that. Also what a depressing location.

This is the worst Jamba Juice I've ever experienced. It's the location in the Lower Level food court at Macy's. Extremely slow, unfriendly service. Took forever to order. Then when we finally got our kids Strawberries Gone Bananas, it tasted mostly like bland frozen strawberries and water. No bananas, and no sweetness at all. The kid frankly said it was "gross". Thought there would be more of a standard between the different Jamba Juice locations.

This location at the bottom level of Macy's is where you'll find overpriced but refreshing Strawberry Banana Whirls, delicious Cheddar Tomato Twists, and fast service. Seating is available, restrooms are close by.

What a great treat coming to Macy's and having a food court! This is foreign to southern Cali Macy's for sure. Jamba Juice is such a great pick-me-up, especially when you've reached your caffeine combustion level for the day! Sit and enjoy...... boudin sourdough and subway are also down here in the basement.

I was really mad I was cheated out of a good drink, when Jamba Juice 1st opened they had fresh yummy OJ pressed right in front of you, even Apple, pineapple but a few years ago they had only frozen OJ so I stopped going there. Recently a few stores had fresh on again but they sometimes said they ran out, I was at Westfield mall n saw this Jamba juice store had a lot of oranges, I asked the cashier if he could make an ORANGE DREAM MACHINE w only fresh OJ, no soy milk n add more frozen yogurt. I got something watery n it tasted awful I have great taste buds 1 sip n I could tell the whole glass was a joke but my husband was too antsy to leave I said to myself I haven't had a Jamba for so long maybe I was wrong, I should have returned it. It tasted like Tang not even frozen OJ, there was no frozen yogurt coz it was much too watery n it was too sweet as w all artificial stuffs. For the next 2 hours I had disgusting looking bright yellow urine from artificial tang ir some junk coloring, people drinking all this coloring would be at risk of stomach cancer. If a manager read this review please have a talk w the guy working yesterday, trust is everything, it's bad enough you are no longer the Jamba of years ago but it's worse to lie to a customer, some people are allergic to dyes, he should never substitute wo asking, I should have thrown it out but SF was crazy, I went to 4 restaurants n nobody had coke! This is Pepsi country, I'm getting outta here! 11/28/2022 the manager reached out to me n sent me a coupon fir a small Jamba I had a pineapple smoothie in Huntington Beach n it was perfect so I upgraded this to 3 stars

They do not pour everything into your cup and leave extra for what? I tell you what, nothing and no one because they like to skimp on having your cup filled all the way to the top.

I went in to try the pumpkin smash, I was happy with my purchase, it was delicious! But my mood was changed to sad once I looked at the wall to read words about views that Jamba sided with "at Jamba we believe" blah blah blah...I'm so sick of seeing this at food places! People go out to enjoy food and time with loved ones, not to be reminded of all the views that businesses side with. Instead why not motivate customers to buy and put up pictures and details of your Jamba products and how wonderful they are to enjoy eating and drinking. Maybe like a t-shirt displayed on the wall with people's favorite Jamba product, a lot of people I know have a favorite smoothie, I would buy a t-shirt with my favorite smoothie... the greens and ginger!

Smoothies really caught me off guard. I wasn't expecting to enjoy them this much - or as often. Dearest Smoothies, I'll always want you. I have a young cousin who lives in Alameda, California. He hasn't Served in the US Armed Forces. We've been encouraging him to enlist in the US Navy as he excelled in Sea Scouts for six years. He always insists he take us to this Jamba, Smoothie Operators I call it, for Smoothies in between our always repeat visits to USS Hornet Museum -- please see my reviews at -- and the Alameda Naval Air Museum that we always insist he take us to while we're visiting him. Since our young cousin is always graciously paying, we always graciously agree. We always only order the Smoothies so I have no comment on the other menu items. I swear each Smoothie has a scoop of magic in it. Ditch the processed sugar and bask in naturally sweet flavors here because Jamba offers raw, plant-based Smoothies that are nutritious, healthy and delicious. I suggest you make several trips to Jamba, start at the top of their Smoothies menu, and work your way all the way through the Smoothie selections as each will please and satisfy you. Besides, a Smoothie a day keeps the bad vibes away. Here their cleanliness and customer service is inconsistent; usually barely adequate -- which is still technically adequate -- and occasionally just not-so-adequate. Neatness and cleanliness is not a function of how rich or poor you are but that of mentality and principle. Besides, behind every good business is a really good business cleaning service. I always look for staff who is handling food, who interrupt them self to help the customer, their then handling payment, that they then wash their hands before going back to continue their food handling. Jamba has had some issues with that as well as cleanliness deficiencies which I noticed the manager -- owner? -- on duty was again making an effort to correct in food / money / food handling to washing of hands after handling money and before going back to handling food, as well as cleanliness deficiencies of the furnishings and bathroom. I would have rated them higher if they were cleaner and had a Veterans and Military Discount because as DAV - Disabled American Veterans - states, publicly disclosed daily Veteran Discount and complimentary meal on Veterans Day provides resource to ensure Veterans (rare 7% of the population) opportunity to participate in American Dream their sacrifices have made possible for 100% of the population. I say to businesses and their owners. Like your Freedom? Then thank Active Duty and Veterans for it with a publicly disclosed Veterans and Military Discount every day and a complimentary meal on every Veterans Day at your business. Nothing is a greater stranger to my breast, or a sin that my soul more abhors, than that black and detestable one, ingratitude. - George Washington, Commander-in-Chief during American War for Independence and 1st US President Having an Active Duty and Veterans Discount is clearly an easy and inexpensive way, and a Patriot way, for any business to create a positive impression of the business among people in and outside of the Military Community. Over and over 95% of current and past Military Personnel and their families say that they notice when companies are "Military-Friendly" and that an Active Duty and Veteran Discount is what gives an immediate and positive first impression to any business. That also means 95% of current and past Military Personnel and their families notice when companies are NOT "Military-Friendly" and when companies DON'T have an Active Duty and Veteran Discount and that gives an immediate and negative first impression to any business.

I came in with my 4 month old baby and rushed to the bathroom to change him. I quickly ordered before I went to the bathroom and when I came out I paid and noticed that my order was just being started despite the fact that there was no one in store when I came in. Jasmine (Indian girl) and her colleague (Asian young man) explained to me that they don't start orders without payment. I come to this Jamba Juice pretty regularly and also order through the app and pick up and have seen orders started on several occasions before people pay when it's busy. I believe I was profiled and it's pretty disgusting. Considering jasmine and her colleague are both people of color. I will not be returning here and will be canceling my Jamba account (sad to lose my banana points) but I can't support businesses where everyone is not treated equally with respect and dignity they deserve. Might be a good idea to train staff on bias.

What a disappointment to walk over here to pick up lunch and one sign says your open (and all of the lights were on). Then I noticed a smaller sign by the register that says closed. I waited a few mins...nothing. I won't be wasting my time again to come here. Perhaps the person working went to grab lunch themselves since it was about 12:50pm...aka lunch time... Don't waste your time stoping here!
