JapanTown Collectibles is a small, crowded, and charming shop in Japantown, described as a gem and the best shop there for authentic Japanese toys and figurines. It is stocked to the ceiling with a great and surprisingly excellent selection of curated products, including figurines, board games, Gundam models, Godzilla, Pokemon, nendoroids, and Beyblades from brands like Bandai and Good Smile Company. The owners and workers are very nice, super helpful, and excellent, offering friendly chats and good recommendations. The store has pretty good prices and a pretty good selection, making it worth a visit for anyone into Japanese anime culture toys.
Hidden gem for board gamers. They have a great stash of well selected board games. Yes it’s basically piled high with stuff and it’s not the most comfortable shopping experience but that’s part of the charm.
