Great quality shoes and clothing. One of my favorite places to shop. Always cool new seasonal clothing and shoes. The staff is always friendly.

Probably the nicest terminal I've ever been. They had some sleek eater fill stations, lots of healthy food options, changing room in the bathroom and was super clean over all. Made for a nice wait before boarding.

The terminal is beautiful aesthetically and features very cool art and many good food options. However, the walking is absurd. It can be a 20 minute walk to get out of the terminal if you at gate B25, 26, etc. What were they thinking?

I love that there is a museum exhibit right here where you would least expect to find one! It is beautiful and was well designed. What a nice tribute to someone who had such an impact in the area.

Nicely renovated terminal with interesting seating and decent restaurants. But it's part of SFO and I'm done with this airport. This terminal is too far from the rental car facility and their train takes too long to get travelers to/from there.

Last review for this terminal was 2017 b4 all the changes to it's current state. It is a shame someone as revered as Harvey Milk has his name attached to this abortion of a terminal, he deserves better. Place has been enlarged and totally remodeled since my last review and yet somehow along with the connecting International terminal this STILL manages to be so much worse than Terminal 2. Food selections for here and International terminal are freaking abysmal. Goldilocks easily has the best food which is pretty pitiful by itself. No choices except for crap American or crap Mexican food. Shopping is horrible as it was b4. International side the same. Lots of high end shops (Coach, Hermes, etc) with virtually NO customers. Seating for gates are still crap. What makes it worse is u used to be able to walk to terminal 2 to get much better food and more comfortable seating but u can't do that anymore. And if ur flying AA be prepared to walk about a half mile from the airtrain to check in or to security. They basically took the pig that was the previous incarnation of terminal 1, slapped some lipstick and earrings on it, and then called it "better". So folks dressed up or not a pig is still a pig and this terminal is exactly that.

This was one of my first times traveling through Terminal 1, Harvey Milk Terminal Domestic at SFO. I usually fly Delta or United (Terminal 2) so it was a nice change. Check in is pretty easy but their tsa pre check is more updated than terminal 2, they have the automated bins which sometimes can take a little longer even with Clear and TSA pre check. They have a museum there, for July 2022 they featured the Philippines Pineapple to Pina clothing. Which I thought was awesome seeing my heritage being shared there so I had to go through it. This terminal is pretty international for food. They even have a Goldilocks there! An Easy grab and go section, I think I saw an Amy's (vegetarian/vegan friendly) fast food. Starbird chicken, a pub, and plenty of other options during the hustle and bustle of traveling with plenty of areas to eat your food. This terminal has been updated probably throughout Covid. But nice on the eyes compared to some other airports I've been to.

Airports aren't the most pleasant places to hang out in, particularly when you're experiencing stressful issues with delays, lost luggage, and the like. Most often, it is the last place where you'd find a great bite to eat, a perfect cup of coffee, comfortable workstations, clean and modern restrooms, and museum quality art, but you can find all this and more at SFO's Terminal 1: the Harvey Milk Terminal! I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful aesthetics of the renovated (overhauled, perhaps?) terminal upon my arrival and took note of the many details that set it apart from other domestic airports in the US. Coming from LAX, it was quite a massive upgrade! I wish I had more time to walk around and explore the various features of the terminal, relax in the lounge-like waiting areas at the gate, pull out my laptop and work at one of the workstations, and take in some of the museum quality art installations. But alas, one tasty breakfast Banh Mi sandwich and an iced Vietnamese coffee from Bun Mee was all that I had time for. Til next time, SFO! So overall... -The good: The terminal is gorgeous! Clean, quiet, aesthetically pleasing, with a generous assortment of food and drink options. -The bad: I almost wish I got to spend some extra time here. At the airport--really! Also wish I had taken more photos of all the cool things throughout the terminal. -The ugly: Nothing ugly here!

The SFO water. Best airport water ever! Me and my brother have been saying this for 25 years now. Every time one of us is at SFO, we always send pics of the water lol Imagine my surprise when I see water dispensers just past TSA to fill up your bottles. Amazing! Harvey Milk terminal clearly got a major remodel. The terminal is gorgeous and spotless. Food options are standard issue airport food but good nonetheless.

The terminal is nice enough, very long. TSA security for Terminal 1 seemed inexperienced @ x-ray and not well managed. I'd give SFO lowest rating among TSA security checkpoints I've passed through. Friendly but need to improve efficiency and customer service.

What a super nice terminal at SFO. Clean, spacious, planting of food and shopping options and the bathrooms, WOW! Best airport bathrooms I've ever seen!

Flew out of Terminal 1 the other day and it was a decent experience. Drop off via my ride share was quick and easy Security was also immediate with TSA PreCheck. The TSA agent wore gloves and only needed my Real ID and was able to let me pass through without seeing my boarding pass! The actual screening was also a breeze with no need to remove shoes, laptop, belt, or jacket to go through security. The terminal was pretty quiet with maybe 20% capacity? There were numerous eateries that were bright and clean but the food was lackluster. Pricing is significantly higher than the street so this might be a better spot for expense reporting and corporate cards! Wif was free, bathrooms were spacious and spotless...there were also gender neutral bathrooms too... The highlight of the terminal is signage indicating that the terminal is designed to be quiet with an ask for no speaker phones and to use headsets for enjoying calls videos etc.

I have traveled all over the world. From airstrips that had a corrugated tin hut to the most posh Italian, swiss, french airports. Harvey Milk has got to be one of the best. The remodel is phenomenal. Clean layout with an amazing Zen vibe. Good food and drink options. You Go SFO you gettin bettah every day
