I ordered a family size bucket of chicken and I was charged for a family sized bucket of chicken but that’s what I received after I got home their was only 7 pieces of chicken in the bucket and the bucket was filled up with biscuits that’s was stale I’ll never order from that store again I give that store a big fat

This was the first time I ordered through the YELP app. I'm disturbed to say that it was an (almost) horrible. I ordered my food early to avoid delivery delays. I was having the food delivered to the Porsche dealership in SF, less than a mile away. This is what happened. * The delivery person said that they had arrived. They went to the wrong address. It's the PORSCHE DEALERSHIP on the corner of 8th Street. * She then blamed it on her "map" app. * I had to send her pictures of the building!!! * She arrived 30 minutes late. * The food was cold. * KFC didn't give the correct order. I ordered the whole order Extra Crispy and only received one piece. * The order contained the SMALLEST PIECES OF CHICKEN that I have ever received. I was willing to pay the delivery charge AND $6 dollar tip on a $25 order. But this was absolutely BS!!! The entire experience was horrible and inexcusable.

Tried to order, never got it. Tried to call multiple days including the day-of to get a refund, never got answered. And of course, the only way to cancel your order is to call, which I did, and once again didn't get answered. I wasted 15$, and although it may seem small, as a student it represents about an hour of work. This situation tells a lot about the place's organization and responsibility (hint: not good)

Why bother?!? Do you enjoy dry, bland, tasteless chicken littles? Then order from here! Ugh..why why why is it so hard to fulfill an order correctly? Where is the saice i ordered? In the box at the restaurant? Probably!

THE WORST KFC in the world! Do not go there even do not get close, it is super dangerous. Full of addicted and homeless dangerous people inside and in front. They gave our order completely wrong and with so many missing items. This is the KFC that handles most of the mobile orders in SF; they are optimized for high throughput but do not care about individual orders. I've had my app-based order messed up (typically missing an item) a handful of times, and they do not seem to have an adequate supply of the recently released hot wings (though you may not find out until your order arrives with it missing). Dissappointing.
