I’m not sure what people were talking about with the horrible customer service. The person who was here when I came was great. This has a small subset of Kiehl‘s normal products, of course marked up for pricing.

I had a paper bag in my jacket pocket with 2 items to recycle. When I mentioned it to the cashier, he told me they don't recycle items at SFO. My mistake!
