What can I possibly say about Yami and Dollii that fully describes how wonderful they are to spend time with shopping for shiny shimmery products and potions? Best store in San Francisco and the kindest and most creative artists to help create the best LEWKS to wow the world! Thanks, Kryolan for employing and retaining artists like Yami & Dollii! So I was really excited to visit this Kryolan while I was in the city this week, but as soon as I walked in the store I was hit with the smell of bleach and notes of actual poop. The kid working was trying to be helpful, but I had to get out of there. Close your store it doesn’t even smell like that on the street and if I get sick I’ll know why.

I like Kryolan and its product very much. I went there recently and Yami was very professional and helpful and patient and made my shopping a great experience. He is always helpful even when I called the store before, he helped me to find the right product over the phone.

I pulled up to the make-up store right before they closed, so I didn't have to pay for parking. I went in and bought 4 of the lip liner and eye liner half and half all in 1 pencil. I had a chance to play around with some of their make-up and have conversations with the associates that work their. It was a blast. I paid for my purchase, which added points to my account as well. We all patiently await Jordan's return. I hope that he had a great vacation. Bring a friend or come alone and shop there. Love ❤️ yall

I have been a loyal customer of kryolan for years and hence this review is way overdue. I visited the new store in SFO and it is amazing. The staff was very cordial and worked very patiently to help me with my requirements. I ordered a shipment for what I needed as not all was available in store. Somehow, my order got messed up and never arrived. I called Yami, the store manager and she was just Godsent. I had a time crunch and was stressed out but she instantly calmed me down over the phone and promised me that I will get my package on time. She moved mountains to get what I needed and delivered on her promise and got my shipment delivered in an extremely short time. I am eternally grateful to them and wish i could give them 10 out of 5 stars. THANK YOU Yami!!

Google says the business is open. Went to the store and it was closed on a Saturday! The sign say 12-6pm. Please update your sign if your not open to the public!

If you'd like to spend several hundred dollars, while being treated like a second class citizen, then go to Kryolan City San Francisco.Great product, tiny under stocked store, rude and uninformed staff.I've been there several times. I always get the junior assistant, who leaves me with items I didn't ask for. Embarrassing with a rude cashier trying to hurry me.

Great store!!! Clean, well organized and great location. The beauty advisor was very nice . Accommodating , polite and humble. I only wish that they stocked more of their items. I love going on a physical store and seeing the stuff. Hope to visit again soon.

I’ve been a customer on and off since Kryolan was in the old location. The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to thank Jordan for exceptional service this weekend. I bought an order over the phone. He went through the order with me, answered my product questions, and reassured me that I purchased the right products for the job. Unfortunately, I wound up taking a ride share to Kryolan and due to lack of parking spaces, Jordan actually brought my products out to me so my ride wouldn’t have to circle the block. For those of you complaining about hours, they are short staffed at the moment and things sometimes come up. If you know what you need, call it in or order on the website. If you don’t, be patient.
