I walked in around 7:30am and check-in at the kiosk. Less than 2 minutes my name was called by a friendly receptionist. After all the paperwork has been taken care, I was asked to wait until a lab technician to call my name. I waited about 10 minutes, then a woman named Marta came out and greeted me with a beautiful smile and brought me back to the station to draw my blood. She carefully verified my personal information and continued talking to me in a casual conversation to calm me down (I still got nervous although I have done this many times). So we talked and laughed while she’s drawing my blood.I can tell she’s very experienced and professional! I want to go back to her next time if that’s possible.

Walk-in after lunch. Approximately 10 patients in front of me and the wait was 20 minutes. Front Desk and lab technicians very friendly and efficient. How they handled patients without any Dr. lab requests or insurance information was done very well. Everything was worked out.

I was here to help my mom do a breath test because she’s not speak English. The system made a mistake so my mom’s name still on the bottom after we waited for an hour. We reported that and the gray cloth lady(front desk)helped us put name to next call right away.White cloth lady(tester) got my mom’s documents and called her name. We thought she’s started to do it but after checked all information, she put it back to front desk. She told us the documents wrong and let us went back outside and wait again. After 20 minutes, I felt something wrong because nobody even bothered to look the documents. I went to ask the front desk. Front desk was so surprised we hadn’t started yet because they all thought we were there waiting for the 2nd part of the test ( must have 15 minutes break between 2 parts). We were called again to go inside of test room. Still white cloth lady, same document (100% sure they didn’t change anything). She started preparing. I saw her go around, organize something else, so I asked her if she could do others after the 1st part test. She’s acting ?♀️ “do you want take my job?” Argue is not smart in the situation so I didn’t say anything. Even though, she spent at least 10 minutes self talking and “preparing”. Btw, I saw the guide said prepare after the 1st test.I don’t want to say that’s discrimination but we were treated unfairly.

Super super slow and understaffed. Waited 2 hours to get some blood work done and the whole time, there was just one person drawing up the tests. Place has gone downhill.

I usually walk-in, check-in at the kiosk and wait at this location. The staff is friendly. I wait for 30-40 minutes, but I am a walk-in client, so I would expect to wait awhile especially if people have an appointment. I cannot speak for wait time with appointments.I can't remember the woman's name who drew my blood this last time, but she's drawn my blood before and she is friendly and professional! The hours aren't very flexible, remember they do have a lunch time, so plan if need.

Clinic hours are scattered at all San Francisco labcorp locations. Drug screen is only available at the location at UCSF Mount Zion and they are busy. Can’t utilize the automated phone system because it’s defunct. Appointment system works occasionally. I use these services every few months across the USA and the locations in SF are the only problematic ones.

I checked in at 9AM and there was no option for my service. I was not called to the front desk until I had to ask why I haven’t been called yet. Other people were being called before me. I was in for a Litholink Stone Collection Kit. Labcorp did not know what this kit was about or how to complete the collection kit. The front desk is rude and does not make people feel welcome in the building.

Check in with kiosk, entered all the information as required. We waited in the car for the text, the receptionist told us that we didn’t enter the phone number. If we didn’t entered all the information, the machine wouldn’t say “check in completed”. We ended up waited for another 30 more minutes because of this. Inside while waiting, we witnessed a child who had almost passed out after having his blood drawn and he started to turn pale. My mom tried to help but the receptionist (old lady) kept arguing with her. My mom who had been a nurse for 22 years was only trying to help the child by giving her experience. Instead of laying the child down in order to keep him from passing out, the receptionist (old lady) pulled him up and had dragged him to the back of the room while yelling at my mom stating that she knew what she was doing. Along with that everyone else in the room had witnessed the incident. Afterwards she still tried to argue with my mother while I’m sitting in the medical chair during the process of me getting my blood drawn. In the future please educate your employees, (especially that receptionist) to be professional when an incident like this ever occurs again, just make sure to have a sugar rich beverage available next.

Long waits, poor organization to get people served quickly. It’s closed 11-12 and stops taking patients to check in at 10:30. Best to line up at 11:45 if you want to be seen anywhere near 12.

Checked in at kiosk sat in my car to wait and got a text 20 minutes later for ready to check in. I waited another 30 minutes inside no one called my name. I then asked about my time and he said the text was in error that I had to sit back down and wait more. Meanwhile meter is eating up my coins. I had to wait another 25 minutes to be called. Very disorganized, many others with similar frustration. They do not communicate well at all. I will go some where else next time. Second bad experience here. What is the use of checking in at kiosk

The little old blonde one with sunglasses was incredibly rude to everyone she came across. And apparently they stop taking patients before 10:30am because they close for lunch, and everyone takes lunch at the same time?

What business doesn’t supply enough medical personnel to perform a halfway job on operations. Despicable.
