Gina is amazing! She did the best blood draw I’ve ever had. Also, she and the other staff are very friendly and helpful.

My phlebotomist Summer was so kind and accommodating. I am pretty scared of getting my blood drawn and faint easily and both her and the other employee were really understanding and kind. The check in couldn’t have been easier and the street it’s at is so nice. Plus you can wait outside and relax before they call you in. I’ll be returning!

If you're going to share limited hours with the community who provides you with your salary, be nice. I was greeted at the door of LabCorp Noe Valley by Gina. It was not my intention to show up at LabCorp at 1457 or be met with such obstenance either. I had went to 409 Post Street to LabCorp where I did not realize you needed an appointment. I got there before 1400. Noe Valley LabCorp is 18 minutes away walking per google maps. That was obviously wrong so as time was slipping away I decided to get an Uber. Well I had never been to LabCorp in Noe Valley so I did not realize that LabCorp was in the ground floor of a house so I walked up to the hospital. The Uber driver dropped me off 7 houses down from LabCorp Noe Valley. So we have a lot going on and you have had this happen before and you are stressed. You might say come another day but in order to keep my appointment with my doctor, I needed my labs drawn. Before you take sides with LabCorp remember my efforts to get my blood drawn started at around 1345. Now going back to Gina the Cite manager she comes to the door and firmly says we are closed. My comment was the door says 3 pm. Gina, repeatedly says we are closed with forceful tone while raising her voice. She stated, and I quote her words, while waving her right arm motioning me to come on in, "I hope I can visit you at your job 3 minutes to closing." Gina never offered a solution of where to go that stayed open later. Gina made the comment, " We had a room full of people that just left." Gina while even inside the building she kept reminding me with comments indicating how put out she was. Gina even went as far as talking about individuals who came to the front door and was shouting we are closed, don't you understand. Now I don't know who the actual persons name that was going to draw my blood but she gave me a wicked stare down and introduced herself as "Bothered." I would lose my job if I acted the way these two employees acted. In all honesty I would have come up with another solution but it the principle of my time and Gina initially pushed me to my limit and Bothered was not helping the situation. It even went as far as "Bothered saying she was going to call the police because I let them know they were very rude! Oh, before I forget Gina did state me she is very nice. I did not experience professional customer service. I have never experienced a situation where I was reminded of what a horrible person I was and wanted to call the police. Maybe Gina is nice but she was highly rude to me causing my blood pressure to rise beyond normal and I have a diagnosis of an abdominal aneurysm. I hope this message is read by Gina and Bothered because you made me sad and never asked why I showed up at 1457 and why I couldn't wait until Monday.

I got here at 9:10 am without an appointment (as a walk-in) and they had me in and out in under 10 minutes with about a 3 minute wait time from when I checked in to when I was measured for blood. Kudos to the team for getting us in and out so quickly!

This is the second time that I have come to this location. The first time, I didn't have any issues, but my second time, I did. There was an issue with some tests I needed to get done, but I wasn't able to get them without certain paperwork that I wasn't aware I needed it.The manager was no help and didn't give me any solutions or a different option and was denying me to get the blood tests I needed, but Deani, who was at the front desk went above and beyond and helped me to resolve my issue with a very happy ending for me. Deani is kind, attentive, sweet, and caring, and she saw my frustration, so instead of dismissing me, she helped to solve my problem. Everyone working that day was amazing and helpful, but Deani went beyond!

The staff are great but I'm sorry this facility is always visibly dirty. Floor is dirty, scuffs & filthy baseboards...really needs better maintenance.

Very limited hours, but you can do so when you're monopoly.A symptom of our sick society and the for profit health care system. That said, the vampires are great here.

This lab is local for me and easily traveled to. LabCorp is the laboratory that my insurance authorized for in network care. There are times where I have used this location and everything ran smoothly. Check in is easy and the staff pleasant. But there have also been times when things go very wrong resulting in injury (nicked nerves, rolled veins, needle through veins, large hematomas following painful blood draws ). In the past, I've let it slide or thought I wasn't enough of an advocate in learning what is involved in phlebotomy and taken steps to minimize the chance of injury.Within the past year during a blood draw at this location a young technition claimed she couldn't find a vein (I have large veins easily identified), she rolled a vein and then moved a needle that hit a nerve in my arm. It was extremely painful and I yelled while sitting the chair. She went a got a supervisor who came back and finished the draw. The result was my wrist and pinky fingers were extremely painful to move for six months. I saw two doctors to confirm there was no nerve damage. I did report it to Labcorp corporate and they apologized and informed me that as a patient I always have the right to ask for another technician if I feel uncomfortable with a technicians skills. I also have the right to request a butterfly needle which will minimize the chance of injury. On Wednesday July 12, 2023 I visited to have my blood drawn. When seated I asked the tech if he was well experienced in blood draws and I quickly gave him the background of why I was asking. He stated he has been doing this for three years. He then stopped looked at me and stated he was going to get someone else.A woman (who has drawn my blood on prior visits) appeared from the back room I told her I hope I hadn't offended the prior tech. She told me that she doesn't know what was said out here but no one would be working at that location if they were not experienced. I disputed this and related the incident from within the past year. Her response was, "no that didn't happen, no one told me" and the person who I described to her as the person who caused the injury was no one who ever worked there. I then asked for a butterfly for my blood draw. She looked at me and said no. I asked again and she stated that "butterflies are too valuable and I am not going to use it on a grown man with veins as large as yours".(Hindsight made me realize at this point I should have insisted on the butterfly or gotten up and walked out. Her comment was belittling)Because I needed the blood drawn, my insurance covered no other laboratory services within network and she had drawn my blood before without incident, I sat for the blood draw. During the draw she moved the needle and again it hit a nerve. She wrapped my arm and my goal was to get out as fast as possible. When I got home and unwrapped my arm I have a bruise from the needle stick. My forearm, wrist and pinky are sensitive to move and thus mouse work is uncomfortable. The more I thought about this experience the more it bothered me.1. If this behavior happened to me it is probably happening to other people who use this location.2. Blood draws are an invasive procedure. A minor one but still invasive and technicians need to be mindful of that. Especially when a patient may be ill and receiving other invasive treatments and procedures on daily or weekly schedule.3. The technician who did take my blood was out of bounds in her comments. Butterfly needles are too valuable is a polite way of telling me that I the patient am not valuable.I don't think anyone who leaves a lab or medical facility should leave injured and feeling belittled. I believe the staff at this facility needs some retraining both in their skills and their attitude.I'm sorry I didn't post a review of this facility sooner and add my voice as a warning to the people who posted poor reviews.

Everyone is very friendly and nice here. My experience was very good (considering that I had to take a glucose test that required staying/waiting about 3 hours)
