Amazing service! I recently purchased a beautiful Art Deco diamond/platinum ring for my wife. From the moment I messaged Lang Antiques I was treated to excellent correspondence; they even put the ring I was interested in on hold while we discussed having it resized. When I ordered it they had it resized within a day (I was informed that's not always the case, and I'm sure that's dependent on how many orders they have), and they shipped it out quickly and it arrived just as quickly! Also, the shipping is discrete and nobody would know there's a piece of fine jewelry inside.Tracey McGrath was who I talked to, and she was incredible from start to finish. She answered all my questions promptly and really put my mind at ease, as this was my biggest online purchase to date. I cannot thank Tracey enough, and I have nothing but nice things to say about her.Overall, I highly recommend Lang Antiques if you are thinking about purchasing any kind of jewelry. If you are like me and anxious about substantial online purchases, you don't need to worry about it with Lang. They are consummate professionals and you will get exactly what you want.

Great experience from beginning to end. From the design of the website, which made finding the right piece from the huge selection so easy, to working with Tracey in customer service to get the ring I chose resized and shipped, to the quality of the workmanship. I can't think how they could improve upon the experience. Would highly recommend Lang's to anyone looking for fine estate and antique jewelry as the first place to shop. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I recently purchased a jewelry item online from Lang Antiques. My experience in doing so proved to be exceptional. From the ordering, to the delivery, the experience was superior. My sales associate was extremely helpful to me in every capacity and she truly is deserving of five stars. When the jewelry item was delivered and I actually saw for the first time, only one word applied …. extraordinary! While I rarely purchase fine jewelry items online, I must say that I would not hesitate in doing so again with Lang Antiques. Thank you Lang‼️

I ordered a beautiful diamond and ruby art deco ring. This was my first purchase with Lang Antiques. The ring arrived when promised and I am beyond thrilled! It's even more beautiful than the photos.The outer packaging was secure, and the inner packaging was lovely, and very thoughtful. My husband completely surprised me with an Art Deco dinner ring from Lang. It is a knockout and in especially great condition - with mill-grain details and filigree still preserved. Thank you, so much, for the quality, unique pieces you offer and the education that comes with them. This is my second piece from Lang and I couldn’t be happier.

I love Lang! Beautiful, timeless, and the best service and quality. My husband got me my engagement ring and two wedding bands here. Now, for our 10-year, we were going to buy an anniversary ring on an international trip we are taking, but then reconsidered when I went back and found exactly what I was dreaming of for half the price. They clean my rings every few months (for free) and always inspect the rings to make sure no stone is out of place. Once, they caught a minor shift in one of the diamonds and repaired it for $125. Incredible service and the best value for a unique, one-of-a kind sparklers.

I purchased a ring for my Wife for our anniversary. Natalia was fabulous with answering my questions and assisting with my purchase. She sent additional photos and a video. She also made sure that the sizing was perfect and done quickly so that it would arrive prior to the big day. This was a very positive experience and I would enthusiastically recommend Natalia and Lang.

I've ordered several items from Lang and trust them for quality and accurate descriptions. The ring I bought most recently surpassed my expectations. It is both beautiful and unusual, and was not overpriced. I have also found the staff very knowledgable and responsive to my questions.

I fell in love with a ring I saw on their website that I just happened to come across. I have never purchased something like this online. However, I live on the other side of the country so in person was not an option. I called the store and spoke with Natalia. She answered my questions and sent me a video and additional pictures. She explained the whole process to me and was extremely helpful. I read the reviews and I felt comfortable going through with the purchase. I received the piece and was blown away with just how stunning it is. I had my ring looked at by a local trusted jeweler and they confirmed everything was exactly as it was represented. Lang is amazing. Do not hesitate. If you see something you love don't wait you won't be disappointed.

I am very happy to give a positive review - the item received was exactly as beautiful as it was pictured online. Tracey was the representative who helped and was incredibly proactive and used her problem-solving skills to allow for an on-time surprise despite the fact that the item could not be sized quickly due to my own procrastination in ordering lol. That did not prevent the item from being available to present timely due to Tracey's quick-thinking. I am very happy with the purchase, the process, the excellent service and I would be happy to be a repeat customer in the future - 5 Stars

We recently purchased an engagement ring from Lang and the experience was wonderful! It was lovely going into the shop to try rings on. Kaye helped us with the process and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to find a unique ring.We had to get the ring resized and they did an amazing job. It looks perfect!

Did a lot of searching before I happened upon Lang Antiques. Their selection of jewelry is outstanding. While perusing their website, I spied a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring. Just perfect, but buying over the internet can be daunting even though Lang Antiques enjoys an excellent reputation. However I just couldn’t resist this ring! Called Lang Antiques and spoke to Kate Rodden. She is a dream to work with - professional, efficient, helpful and supportive. Without her efforts I doubt I would have purchased my “new” dazzling sapphire and diamond ring. The ring is everything she said and more. Cannot say enough good things about Kaye and Lang Antiques.
