Norman is the printer wizard of San Francisco. Norman has likely diverted an untold number of well-built printers from being sent to the landfill because they had one small problem occur. Fixed ours in about 20 minutes.

Norm is a genius! He came to my home office and in a matter of minutes, he fixed my jammed laser printer, saving me a lot of money and time to replace it. He was totally professional and also very nice. I will never use anyone else. I cannot recommend him more highly.
