Jessica and Antonio were very helpful. I walked in on a busy Fri with SIX pairs of glasses that needed minor fixes (tightening screws, realignment). Jessica said they'd be ready by Monday, which was totally fine as I was in no rush. Antonio called me on Monday and sat with me while I tried on each pair marveling at how new they felt. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this was a FREE service LC offers! Amazing!! Wish I could tip/donate as a thank you.

Employee Kelly assisted me with finding the correct pair of glasses for me. She was professional, polite and very helpful. She made my experience at Lens Crafters a pleasant experience.

Great selection, in a way overwhelming. I didn't get an eye exam there but did have my prescription, so ended up ordering a pair of Sunglasses, and a pair of computer glasses.
I had seen some bad reviews on Yelp about LensCrafters. I had a great experience. The staff is very professional, helpful, and courteous. Prices were half of what I paid at the local optician.
I returned a few days later with my wife, and although there was different personal working we received the same excellent professional service. She was really impressed.
Highly recommended.

I was initially helped by a nice and helpful Asian associate, but another lady swapped with her and finalized my order. Felt rushed by this lady, and she didn't explain the cost of my purchase properly. Even after I asked to see the breakdown of what the insurance was covering and what I was paying, she merely told me the final value, only breezing through the details. Not even an offer to show the breakdown. I also understand you are short staffed and need to watch for theft, but when that's a priority over helping your ACTUAL PAYING customers that are in the middle of a conversation with another associate.... Yeah, not well managed at all. Considering this lady was bossing the associates around, I have to assume she was the manager on duty. Which only adds insult to the injury.
My return experience (with a different associate) was much, much better! The guy was helpful and in good spirits. Don't want to say the whole store is bad, but... Didn't really leave me with a good impression. Maybe try a different store in town, if you can't escape the brand due to insurance restrictions.

Horrible communication. I ordered lens for my frames. They told me when the lens are ready they would text me and I could go and drop them off for 30 minutes.
About 5 days later I get a text saying that my lens are ready and that I can show up anytime.
It took me an hour in traffic and 20 minutes to find a parking spot and I went into the store about 5:45 pm. There was only 2 people working and 4 people waiting.
When someone finally asked me if I was there to pick up glasses I told him I was there to get the lens for my glasses.
He told me there wasn’t any technicians working after 5 pm.
This is horrible communication and a poor policy. It took me an hour and a half to be turned away.
I spent close to $600 on lenses and this is what I get? Horrible customer service and terrible communication. I’m tempted to just cancel my order and go somewhere else.

I've been visiting LensCrafters for all my vision care for the last 6 years. They have the best frames, and great service. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

My dad came into this office to do an eye exam with dilution. Next day he woke up with his eye super red. We came back into this office wanting the eye doctor to take a look. But the eye doctor won’t come out to take a look at all. She just told us to go to urgent care.
This shop doesn’t care about your eye health at all.

Service was top-notch! Antonio (even after going to him once earlier in the day) was still eager to help me with my glasses. His patience is what I like to see in the world of customer service😁
