Help a girl out. One it's a good store people hella nice hella cool. But i was there earlier today i was wearing a navy blue tracksuit and i was on the second floor this guy asked me if i needed help i said no but now i need help finding him i was finna ask for him number but i forgot so if yall know who it is lemme know he's around 6'0 light skin short hair i tried calling the store but they won't answer lol.

This is the Pier 39 location. They were having a sale that day, buy 1 get 2nd half off of the lowest price. We bought a football hat and a football t-shirt; not gonna say which team lol. They have the custom embroidery inside the store as well, so we did customize the hat. My husband got his name on one side and the signature of one of the players on another side. You can also get the lettering in any style font you like, we got the varsity lettering for my husband's name. He never heard of this store until I brought him in. He was so happy and pleased with his items. The only thing that was weird was the wait for the customizing, we waited on the benches outside, but we were in line before a few people that got their stuff ordered after us and they got their finished order before us; which is why we came back inside the store to check if our order was ready but they told us 30 more minutes, It seemed like the guy was mixing up orders, don't know if it was purposely, didn't make any sense.

My son was at this store over the weekend. He was visiting from Los Angeles and attempted to purchase a Jersey. The store says the transaction was voided however on my end the transaction was completed. We left the store out of $142 and no merchandise. After filing a claim I was unable to get my money back as they show the transaction was completed and have instructed me to take up the issue with the store. Worse experience ever. The store will not issue a store credit, refund, or any type of compensation for this nightmare.

I had a fantastic experience at Lids thanks to their amazing staff. The workers went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect Deebo Samuel jersey and a Mexico hat. Their knowledge of the merchandise and willingness to help made my shopping experience enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with their customer service, and I'll definitely be returning to Lids for my sports apparel needs in the future. Thanks, Lids team! Especially wanna thank THOMAS FOR CARRYING ME ON HIS SHOULDERS TO GRAB A JERSEY and ZAY FOR HAND STITCHING A EMBROIDERY FOR ME ALSO THEY PRINTED ME A RECEIPT WITH OUT ASKING FOR MY EMAIL AMAZING 10/10 will DEFINITELY GO BACK

I never write reviews. Nor do I complain. However this was one of my worst experiences in life. Do not support this store. We took our nephew to his 1st 49ers game on Thursday night. Friday we took him to this location to purchase a Christian McCaffrey Jersey. After standing in line we get to the register. Nephew pays via cash app and the use some stupid device to tap pay. He pays. Money comes out of his account. Low and behold the store has they don't have a history of the transaction and wouldn't give him his money back or give him the Jersey. They called security on us. Of course we are African American. After going back and forth with managers Tori and Angel they call the district manager. He refuses to help. He said the transaction will fall off over night . Being funny he says if it doesn't come back tomorrow and I'll give you guys the Jersey. We'll it didn't fall off. So we drove an hour back from Santa clara to go pick up his Jersey. Angel was there. He called his district manager who lied and said he never said that. I asked them to call Tori to confirm what was told to us. She confirmed that he indeed did tell us he would give us the Jersey but he's over her and she could not help us. We showed them the transaction on the phone that was not pending but a complete purchase Had cash app speak to Tori to confirm that the store took the money . Still they could not help. What has happened to customer service? Awful service.

So the manager Thomas. Was rude. I waited in line for about 20 minutes for a hat that I chose, and there was an embroidery already made. which I was not aware of. There was a price 25 on it and the price tag was old I would post the picture but I won't. When I when to pay the guy told me it was 76 and I was shocked. Someone for sure return the hat did not like the embroidery and I had to pay full price. Hell no !!! Clearly someone did not do a good job. But that was the only 7 3/8 hat for me. Manager Thomas walked and didn't say a thing and said full price without even looking at the hat or saying anything to me. He was rude.

I have been to this location twice, months apart, and my experience both times has been pretty much the same. The selection at this location is great but the staff is not. Everyone moves at a snails pace and they really need an actual POS system instead of trying to do everything on phones. I am from out of state and had to approve the credit card transaction which I did immediately but the phone they were using to check me out froze. They then had to try another phone and it did the same thing. Needless to say the people behind me were getting frustrated that it was taking so long. They finally asked additional workers to check the others out.Also, one of the items purchased was a hat that had embroidery. This was not an item that we asked to have embroidered. It was already that way and there was more than one on display as soon as we walked into the store. It wasn't until we arrived back to our hotel that I looked at the receipt and saw that they charged us an additional $75 for all of the embroidery on the hat as if we ordered it to be custom made. This seems very shady that they are charging for work that was already done and on the item.

Worst place ever, this guys told me less than 10 minutes per item, I have been for 1: 15 hours and they barely finished my short and isn't even ready yet and still waiting for 2 more items, somebody got hurt with the machine so they left, and when I confronted the manager or whatever he is (Peo was the name) he went all rude and offered me the refund, bruh I don't want my money, I want the things I paid for already, so now am here in front of him trying to rush him cause he been on the phone all the time saying "I go as fast as the machine" but MY STUFF AIN'T EVEN IN THE MACHINE!!!

This is a horrible store the employees are very rude I went in and they had thought I was stealing something so one of the employees push me down scratched me and tried to punch me I have marks on me scratches on my side and on top of that and you also pregnant and it doesn't matter if someone's stealing or not that is absolutely not okay he was not a security guard or policeman so therefore they did not have the right hands on me they have also harassed some of my friends have gone in there profiling and saying that they were stealing and they were not
