Awesome gym. Equipment and machines are in excellent condition. The staff is very nice and friendly. Classes and trainers are top notch. Shout out to JR (boxing class).

Low key gym near the Castro, Duboce Triangle and Hayes Valley. Love that I can walk here. Always has been clean and I like all the new equipment. Two wishes to get to 5 stars - workout towels and a set of EZ curl bars like the straight bars.
