One of bad place in my life. Like we 9 family members went there n buying 5 sunglasses n 2 perfumes then we request to look for another pcs of sunglasses but no one come to deal n when i try to compliment with manager . He's also more rude than employees. Very very bad service

I bought a purse for my wife's birthday, and they sent me an empty box. Their customer support gave me the run around and then disappeared on me. This is an awful company to do business with with zero concept of customer service. I'm posting on Yelp hoping someone from LV cares enough to reach out to me. We will see.

The worst customer service- whoever was working 11/08 (yesterday) treated myself and my friends like they were a nuisance. The door men didn't open the door nor did any sales people greet us. This is the second time I had this experience at this location. The sales person is lucky I needed to buy a gift for my partners 30th birthday and that the wallet was in stock/last one or I would've absolutely not purchased here. Very poor behavior from service that should excelling.

Alexander Sorensen is an incredible client advisor! His brand awareness was impressive & he delivered excellent customer service. I don't usually have memorable or particularly positive experiences at Louis Vuitton so this was a pleasant surprise & I look forward to returning.I highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.Thanks Alexander!

Christopher is wonderful! If you come by this store, please ask for him! Out of all LV Bay area stores, this is by FAR the classiest.. And they excel in customer service!

Customer service here is pretty much non existent if you’re a person of color , nobody greets you , nobody asks if you need help with anything. They just assume you’re not gonna buy anything so they don’t bother talking to you. The vibe is terrible, would not recommend, will never return

Very subpar service and workers lack basic communication when orders arrive in the store apparently. Workers never gave me a business card so there was no way to get in contact over the phone. No one ever notified (no email or text) me my items had arrived. Don’t come to this LV, go to Union square’s instead- way better service there!

Really clean and beautiful setting. The staff is exceptional (once you get a dedicated customer rep). I have one now and have him on speed dial. Hi Esteban! He's been so great to me and my hubby. I come here a few times a year and love it. Covid restrictions were sad, like no drinks inside, but now they have the red carpet out! Champagne and the works! Let's talk about the quality! I have bags from many years ago and they still look brand new!! The quality here is bar none.

After receiving dry treatment from Union Square by Nikki and Tyler, this location is definitely a breath of fresh air. Madison and the other LV team members are patient and kind. As a regular at LV Palo Alto, I tend to not go to SF due to mistreatment of customers I've heard about from several different sources and this location exceeded my expectations. Not only we're they kind and patient but they were also helpful, engaging, and a breath of fresh air. Thank you Madison and LV team for helping me purchase this bag. Would definitely recommend this location compared to the Union Square location. Their staff is 10 times better than the Union Square staff. I definitely did not feel uncomfortable at this location compared to tue Union Square location.

I had a great experience at this store thanks to Mickey! I came in for a repair of my bumbag, he was super helpful and so nice! The repair was done in a reasonable time frame. I really appreciated the service. I will definitely be back for another purchase!

I can't say enough nice things about Jeffrey, Mikey and Abigail. We travel from Monterey just to shop at this particular LV store. The Customer Service is exceptional from the moment we're greeted at the door. The team knows us, remembers us and makes us feel like we're party of the LV Family. As if that weren't enough, they're masters at the depth of knowledge they carry surrounding each unique piece.

Waited 2 hours to get in to the store. They won't accept any returns if it's not bought from their location cause they are inside the Bloomingdale's.Won't shop from here for such bad disadvantage.

DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a crossbody here on my birthday but decided to go with a Prada crossbody instead. 3 days after my birthday I drove from Sacramento to the Bloomingdale's in San Francisco to return the crossbody. Initially, the first associate who helped me told me they had to take the purse to the back to "check" it and after about 3 minutes he came back and told me that unfortunately they couldn't take it back because there was "lint" inside the purse. I was shook since I had NEVER opened the box since I left the day I purchased it. It was never worn nor even opened. The box still had the signature bow on it as well. After I told him that, he told me he'd check with his colleague and he came back with someone else to tell me the exact thing. They then brought a manager over who's name was "Mikey." This manager was completely disrespectful and told me if I had any proof that I didn't use it. How is anyone going to have proof?? Was I supposed to take pictures of the box everyday to have evidence that it was sitting in my car for 3 days and not worn??? Ridiculous. I informed the manager that the only proof I had was that the box still had the bow on it like when I walked out the day I bought it. Mikey said that he can't prove that I didn't redo the bow so therefore it was "my bag" now and not theirs. Mikey did not even offer any type of accommodation like an exchange which I could've been satisfied with. I talked to multiple other Louis Vuitton stores and they were also shocked that I was treated this way. Sadly because I purchased it in a Bloomingdale's I can only return it there. I had a horrible experience here and I hope everyone else chooses to go to a different Louis Vuitton where they are treated with better customer service.
