Se faire harceler par un vendeur qui n’est pas à l’écoute (Ross) et pourtant nous étions acheteurs!!!! Il nous présentait des produits sans écouter les besoins des clients et lorsqu’on indique « non » change complètement d’attitude: nous a mis en mode : on sort du magasin car nous nous sentions trop « attaqué »! Aussi bien commamnder en ligne ou ailleurs!

Was in the mood to buy…. But sales rep (Ross) was always « hitting on us » - reps should leave a little more leigh way and let customers shop in lieu of continuously « attacking »! When we shook head that were not interested in a certain model, it turned us off and we walked out immediately!

I bought a Venice Dune bag back in 2015. Used only once, I stored it in my closet carefully, almost a new bag. I brought it back to Southeast Asia last month, to give it to my mom. Unfortunately the glue of the bag strap started to melt off once I was there. I found out later this was the first few batches that the LV production team was testing a new adhesive, but it couldn't withstand the humidity and heat of Southeast Asia.I brought it back to SF, for I thought I bought it in SF's LV flagship store. I went to this store on Jan 11, to get this bag fixed. I was assisted by a wonderful new staff Nicholas. He tried to find this particular bag under my profile or my husband's, but weirdly couldn't find this bag at all. Phoebe, another wonderful helpful staff that has been working in this store for 5 years, came to assist him with the research.Long story short, I went home, managed to find the receipt, and found out that I actually bought this bag in Paris! With the receipt, they were able to offer me full credit of the bag's listed price to exchange to another item or two, to use up the credit.I communicated with them both, Phoebe and Nicholas via text messages. They are both very efficient and professional. Phoebe was helping me with put pieces aside for me to view but eventually my mom decided on a bag not available in store. Nicholas helped me to order it, I picked it few days ago, with Phoebe's help for the exchange. Since there were remaining credits, I picked up another bag; made in canvas with fabric strap, minimal leather for my husband. He loves it! Thanks to Phoebe for her recommendation and great service.We used to buy LV for every celebratory occasion, few times a year for over 10 years. We stopped purchasing leather goods a few years back because we adopted a vegan lifestyle. We had experienced lukewarm to bad services in LV stores in SF ( same in Dior, Gucci and Chanel) but this recent experience in LV changed my perception.I highly recommend Phoebe and Nicholas if you would like to have a luxurious and genuine service with no pressure. They both are so very kind and helpful even when all I needed was a repair. They gave me a first class experience, made me a believer in high end luxury goods again. Now I hope LV will make bags and belts with Mushroom leather!

Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. I purchased time out sneakers for my wife which was surprise for her birthday. We paid $15 for shipping charges and they shipped only 1 shoe in the box instead of the pair. The store didn’t even have the courtesy to refund the shipping cost. The staff needed more training on customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I had the option for it.

The service was the snobbiest ever didn't even try to accommodate me in any way shape or form. Truly tainted the company In a shameful manner. I was there to drop an easy $800 but decided to go elsewhere.

I love this location. It has so many selections as far their bags go. Everyone has really great customer service here. Heads up, usually it is extremely busy as a lot of tourists shop here. I love my new Speedy 35 bag, and guess what?!, I got the last one. It's a 1930 classic. Everyone's looking for it, and no stores carry it at the moment.

Ross, is that your name? Mid height red head? You are incredibly rude, and lack even the most basic customer service skills. I highly recommend you find another line of work. We came in on December 16th around 3:40ish pm, and were unfortunately assigned Ross as our consultant. Ross you passive aggressively dismissed the first and only request I had to see products, ignored my boyfriend when he simply said “Hi, how are you?”, and acted as if we didn’t belong in the store. Were we dressed like we didn’t belong in the store? Didn’t have the right “look” to be served by you? We then walked away from him and decided to just look at the bag on the shelf by ourselves, and he comes back over and insists he had to stay with us the entire time we were in the store. Why would I want you to stay and continue treating us like a waste of your time? Even my boyfriend picked up on your attitude immediately and was left wondering what we could have done to cause how you treated us. We came in to get the black Onthego PM, with a matching wallet, and the matching black Monogram Empreinte Leather key pouch as an anniversary gift, yet left with nothing after crossing paths with you.

I came here with my partner to shop for a Christmas gift, I let the salesman (elder Caucasian man) know that I knew I wanted something small, like a wallet and/ or jewelry. He had the worst attitude when he realized I wasn't buying something extravagant. Little did he know I just came back from Europe shopping at Paris and Milan in their Louis Vuitton locations for my birthday and bought my major items there. As he was "helping" us he kept looking at the door to look at the type of customers coming in. He then handed us off to Justin because he had his clients show up. Never really did a proper hand off but most importantly how unprofessional on his part with how he treated us and handled the interaction. JUSTIN changed my experience around!! Anytime we want to go and get a new item we will be going to Justin, very humble, friendly and welcoming individual. I'm sharing Justin's information so you can make an appointment with a caring and honest man. CALL JUSTIN FOR PRODUCT!

Horrible service by Dustin! Store was not even busy and he was not friendly or helpful. Sold me one small item and acted annoyed to be doing that. Worst experience I have ever had in any of your stores! I have been a loyal patron for many year's to the brand.

Had a great experience here. I've found this location generally has the most stock compared to the rest of their locations within the Bay Area. Managed to find a belt that's been OOS for quite some time here. Purchased it with no issues! I suppose I went on a good day because other people have mentioned this place will get hounded by tourists and it'll feel like you won't be getting enough attention and overall customer service.

Part of pleasure in Buying a luxury item is purchase experience. At this flagship store, many workers are Chinese with broken English and many with terrible crooked and brown teeth and poor manners. It was a memorably unpleasant experience
