Lowes is defrauding people along with Frigidaire. Lowe's won't tell you Frigidaire has a 1.7 rating with consumer affairs and a horrible score with the bbb. When your product is under warranty still they won't take responsibility, they just pass the buck and claim to " only sell Frigidaire products". Before you buy products at lowes look at the reviews and remember there's always a home depot close by. Lowe's only wants your money, after that, "f-u". Lowe's can care less, buy an expensive item and get the warranty if you want to find out the hard way. Don't believe me, believe the 1000 other defrauded customers. My fridge is cracking and poses a safety issue for my little children, Lowe's and Frigidaire could care less. Lowe's told me to sue Frigidaire if anyone is cut of swallow a piece of broken plastic because they " only sell their products ". I've spent over $30k in Lowe's this year. They could care less.

The garden dept is a great resource for reasonable prices and pretty good plant selection. The staff is wonderful kind and easy to laugh.

This place is the absolute worst if you need to get something that isn't basic. The customer service is non-existent. Unless its an easy grab and go purchase where you are assured of the quality of the product, go elsewhere. Even then, you can probably order online from someone else.

Came here at 9 pm on a Tuesdays. It was Elijah’s second day of work and he was the only person who stuck with me to help me find what I needed. He’s a rockstar. Everyone could learn from Elijah’s courtesy and customer service. I usually can’t stand going to Lowe’s but he made my experience awesome.

We called the general website service number to ask if it's ok to have our old microwave oven to be recycled if we BUY a new one. They said yes, so we enthusiastically came In to purchase a full price $180 microwave. As we're at customer service they say no we don't do that. We insisted they told us on the website service number said they do. Finally after sending us back and forth, we ask for a manager. Aaron the manager walks up and tells us they can do it, but will charge us $50. We explained the situation that we hauled our old microwave there because the folks told us we could do the recycle there with purchase. He said no. Thanks a lot for wasting our time Aaron. Lows just lost a customer new to the area and ready to buy a lot. Horrible service, horrible decision. Should have honored it.

This Lowe's does not respect its customers or veterans over the past year I've spoken with the manager 3 or 4 times about the rental Lowe's truck being parked in the veterans pparking but no one seems to care parking is difficult because they have all their stock in the parking spots

Very unpleasant experience, cashier on terminal 8 was very rude. She didn't ask if I wanted a bag, got an attitude about it and told me they only have papar bags like it was going to change something the proceeded to throw it at me. Idk why you guys hire rude people but next time I'm making a huge deal about it. It's wierd cuz the employee at self check out was very nice and helpful

I purchased over $3k of wire from this Lowe's location copper 4 wire 1/0 and Franko and Roberto both were great to work with. I called in and Franko went and checked on the material and told me they have a roll and will cover the 300 linear ft I needed and once I arrived at the store, Roberto on the electrical aisle was super helpful and easy to work with - This review is way overdue, since I purchased the material towards end of December 2023. You gentlemen were helpful, professional and easy to work with, thank you.
