Charlotte, you have been great, greetings form Austria. And yes, I put it in the freezer!

After paying for 3 tshirts, 1 pair of jeans, and a bomber jacket, the unsmiling clerk asked if I wanted a bag. After I replied, "yes, please..." he proceeded to cram my stuff inside an inappropriately small paper bag... what happened to good customer service and making a customer happy.

Boring styles. Unpleasant staff. God I miss the G-Star store in San Francisco. I don't like being greeted with a 60% off sign. It's cheap.

Attentive associates. Clean and easy to shop...even when packed with sale items. Friendly experience in the morning for a return of items too.

Sales Associate who was there, female with a lot of makeup on, said online returns were not allowed. She was not telling the truth, she just did not want to process the return because the store would lose money. The lucky brand website specifically states "In order to best serve our customers, we are happy to accept returns at all of our stores for any purchases made through our WEBSITE, outlet stores, or retail locations within the U.S" She lied.

I had the worst shopping experience at the Lucky Brand store at the Westfield Centre in San Francisco, CA. I bought 4 pairs of active wear a week ago. Each item cost $19.99. When I got home I checked my receipt and noticed that I got charged $34.75 for one of the sweatshirts, instead of $19.99. I live in Hercules, CA, which is 30 miles away from SF, so I was kinda hesitant at first to come back to the store to have the price adjusted. It was so far and I had to go through the Bay Bridge and had to pay toll and parking. It was only $14.76 difference and I could have just easily let that go. But it was the cashier's mistake and that is something that needs to be corrected. So, today I drove to SF and brought the receipt and the item that was incorrectly priced. I showed the sweatshirt to the manager, Matthew L, and initially he said that it was not on sale. We walked up to the table where all the sale items were and true enough, that particular item was supposedly $19.99 and he said I was correct. I gave him the item and the receipt, but to my surprise, he refused to have the price adjusted because I did not bring all the items I purchased that day. I bought 8 items total (4 hoodies/sweatshirt and 4 joggers). I brought 6 items to the store, 4 hoodies and 2 joggers. I was not able to bring the other 2 joggers and I did not think I had to. All the joggers were priced correctly. The only issue was that one hoodie/sweatshirt. But he adamantly refused to adjust the price because not all items were there. I could not believe what he was telling me! It was ridiculous to come back to SF to bring all those clothings when only 1 item was the issue. Then he said he could not do the price adjust because I did not have all the items and he did not a camera at that store. So why is that my problem? It was not my fault they made a mistake on the price of that one item, and now I had to jump through hoops for them to resolve the issue. Matthew L. asked me if I worked at the retail industry. I said no, and he said that's why I didn't understand how things work. That was ludicrous! I do work for other industry, and I know the difference between a good from atrocious customer service! That was a very ugly, unpleasant experience I had at the store and with that manager, Matthew L. He wanted me to come back again and bring all the items! I was about to cry and I was getting on edge. Other customers were looking and I felt so embarrassed. He told me I was rude! I was not rude! I was respectful and just trying to explain myself and understand why he badly wanted to have the other 2 joggers that I was not able to bring. They were joggers and they were not the problem! He said that the items I didn't bring was the one incorrectly priced. That was a bald-faced lie! I sent pictures of the items and receipt to their customer service dept. It was clearly the sweatshirt that was the issue but he was telling me that it was one of the other 2 items that I did not bring. I left the store feeling deflated and embarrassed. I showed my husband the receipt and the item to verify and he agreed that I was right, and the manager was mistreating me and given me a terrible time. I could not go back to that store again. So my husband went there and talked to the guy. I was outside the store and I asked one of the female employee for the name of the guy, and she said I could not tell you and he had to tell you himself. Later on I found out his name on the receipt, it was Matthew L. After my husband spoke with Matthew, the latter eventually adjusted the price, but he told my husband that we could not come back at the store and were now banned from shopping there! That's insane! That Matthew guy had the nerve to say that! He should be glad that he had our business! He was shameless! We will not set foot in that store again! He was giving Lucky Brand a bad name! Don't worry I will shop somewhere else and dissuade my family and friends from ever going to that place! That store had the worst customer service. They belittle and underestimate

The service at this location is impeccable. Kind, attentive and personable I wouldn't be caught dead anywhere the staff at this location isn't present. Most of the staff at this location has been relocated from the Chestnut, Marina location and I'm so happy to see. Fully stocked and ready to roll even under the pressure of Covid. U Rock Lucky Brand!!

Saw a sign for the new 4-Way Stretch Jeans and $30 off. It lured me in! Delilah greeted me and explained the sale. The new version of cloth is used with every fit. I wear the 110 Style. If I try the 4-Way and don't like it, the $30 can be used for any pair of jeans today. I tried the 110 style, however there's a new 105 tapered fit. Delilah got me a pair to try on. A bit more skinny, I went up a size and loved them. Bought two pairs and received the discount. Fabulous customer service!

I've been a fan of Lucky Jeans since about 2003 when I ordered two pair online from Nordstrom. Since then, the store has really expanded its inventory and has all types of clothes for men and women. I would describe Lucky as being Urban, cowboy/ cowgirlish, definitely strong Native American Vibes, and one of my favorite places to buy jewelry. I even go to Macy's and buy Lucky Brand jewelry there. The selection is best at the Lucky Brand store itself, however. Lucky also makes really great leather goods. Everything from satchels to belts. Wallets and purses too. Even though I own a Louis Vuitton purse or two, I opt for my Lucky bag quite often as my bag of choice. Same thing with jewelry. If I had to choose between my David Yurman or my Lucky Brand, it would be a difficult decision. Happy Shopping!
