I drove 5 hours to the city to specifically shop for jeans at Madewell for my birthday. I have been slightly obsessed and wanted to find my size. Online shopping isn't for everyone. Upon entering the store I was snubbed immediately. I guess I wasn't the right look? I pressed on and started shopping only to be scolded for looking through jeans. I explained what my goal was and was given one pair to try on. When I was not satisfied with the fit I was dismissed and after trying one more pair I took the hint and left. Extremely disappointed with the entire situation.

Note: Flagship store team gets 5 stars - they're helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate the help I received with the sandals I received today. This review is for my latest online purchase *only*I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Madewell.com. Unfortunately,they arrived damaged (images included). I was really disappointed to see that the sandals had visible defects, as I had high expectations for the quality of Madewell. I will hesitate to order items online going forward.

i’ve been to many madewells, and this one is the most neat, and to add on top of that, they have very friendly staff.

Nice and friendly service. I was just popping in for sunglasses and the staff was able to point me in the right direction.Check out was quick and friendly. The girl helped to take off the tags when I indicated I'd be wearing them right away. ?

Thank you to the Madewell staff for their amazing help and courtesy. I am thrilled with the level of service I received and can almost guarantee that every pair of jeans I buy in the future will be from Madewell. A special shout-out to Marlee at this SFC location for going above and beyond to help me with my favorite pair of jeans.

This form of non-linear navigation is more "native" to a wiki than structured/formalized navigation schemes. Users can also create any number of index or table-of-contents pages, with hierarchical categorization or whatever form of organization they like. These may be challenging to maintain "by hand", as multiple authors and users may create and delete pages in an ad hoc, unorganized manner. Wikis can provide one or more ways to categorize or tag pages to support the maintenance of such index pages.

The employees in this store are so incredibly stuck up (stuck up mall employees make no sense to me). Whenever I walk in, they never greet me. They never offer any type of assistance whatsoever. I like Madewell but I hate shopping this location.

Don't purchase from them. The products are most definitely NOT "made well" After having a purse break and beyond return date they would not offer any replacement or repairs. So disappointed in the lack of customer service after reaching out via store, phone and email and no one willing to help me.

Madewell charged me for two clothing items I didn't pick up and didn't automatically refund me (check your credit card statements, people!) When I discovered this, I called their customer service number posted online and... they weren't able to help me. Thankfully, I had Mirabel help me out with the issue! She picked up my call after the store was closed and reassured me she would figure it out and call me back two days later. She did just that (actually a day early!!) and had all the answers to my questions prepared. Thank you so much, Mirabel - I hope Madewell realizes how lucky they are to have you.

Beware when purchasing online!! Items shipped on backorder from initial order date will be refunded via gift card if returned past 30 day time frame. I should not be punished by something beyond my control, now I'm stuck with about $200 worth of credit.
