Magic Dragon SF is a smoke shop with a big selection and great value, offering everything you need. The service is frequently described as wonderful, super good, and amazing, with workers who are very kind, very friendly, super nice, and helpful. Staff go above and beyond to help customers, offering patient troubleshooting and a flexible policy aimed at ensuring everyone leaves happy, positioning the shop as one for locals. However, some reviews note that the owner can be a bit awkward, is not good with customers, and gives a weird vibe. In contrast, when the younger worker is present, the experience is nice. Customers express appreciation for having a smoke shop in the area at all and many state they will definitely be returning, giving the shop a strong recommendation.
Super helpful, friendly chap at the counter. They had just what we needed and we were in and out in a breeze. Great shop.
