Great high quality stuff in there. I mean I'm surprised one of those TVs doesn't bring you to the moon as well. Top of the line incredible audio and video home theater stuff all set up out of the box so you get a real feel for it. Couches too. :-).

Sometimes, nothing feels better than going to a brick and mortar to browse around and be able to compare or review gadgets with one’s own hands. Being able to check out and take a package home sometimes feels like a treat on its own. The selection is of course smaller than their online storefront but they seem to stock up on their most popular online items. Store is roomy and relatively clean and the checkout has always been speedy. Pre and post pandemic. Staff has been friendly and helpful.I took a star away for a bad experience I had getting my iPhone screen replaced. The geek squad guy helping me was friendly but didn’t seem to understand that I needed an estimate for how long the diagnostic to determine if my phone could be warranty replaced and/or subsequent repair would take. I think maybe he was being too polite which on its one is not horrible but i waited around for two hours checking in every 20 or so minutes. His responses were somewhere along the lines of he’s almost working on your phone or you are the next phone. And he flip flopped between initiating a warranty replacement and a service request. I wound up telling him that I would be back and left my work phone number. Called back another two hours later and was told that it had been done 20’minutes ago by the guy who helped me. It was frustrating experience but the guy seemed to genuinely want to help me but his execution or his understanding/setting-of expectations was really sloppy if done at all.despite that I still go to this store like once or twice a month even when they do free delivery or amazon has a slightly lower price and free 2 day delivery. Last thing I came in for were nano leaf kits. The store demo units were on point and the aisle itself was neat and organized. Wound up grabbing triangle starter, mini triangle starter, and mini triangle expansion. The following week the hexagon expansion and triangle expansion. All of these were available for delivery from everybody else for the same price but I chose to walk into this Best Buy so must be good experience for me.

I would not recommend purchasing the control4 system ( they do not service it now) - I bought it in Dec 2019- the service is lacking on follow through and doing what they had promised me the system would do. They wanted to upgrade me to the savant system but I have no reason to trust them. multiple phone calls, lack of call backs, not a good company. The sales side will promise so much then never get back with you until you threaten to take your money elsewhere. The installers were fine but the after installation service never was any good.

Do NOT buy anything from Magnolia if it is out of stock or a special order cause it may take months to arrive, even though they will tell you 2 weeks. And they will charge you 15% restocking fee when you want to just cancel the order that have no sight of arriving. Don't make the same mistake I made and go buy from other sources. The employees there are extremely unprofessional, they told me they will call for shipping update but nope, never call. And when I call for update, the attitude from their employees were so bad that I don't even want to deal with them (it was my fault of not being patient to wait for a few months), I ended up cancelling my order from Magnolia and ordered from Crutchfield, and the unit will arrive in 2 days. Take that 15% and I will never come back again.

AVOID THESE CROOKS LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. I've been trying to set up TV speaker system for four months and the project is not yet completed. At every turn I have been fed some excuse about why things can't be completed. At this point, they've just stopped responding to my communications altogether. Every interaction I had with my project manager made it clear that they were both incompetent and actively went of there way to avoid doing their job. I would rather have two root canals in one day and then do my taxes then spend one more minute engaging with these people.

We bought a smart tv at Magnolia and needed to connect it our Sonos Amp and dvd. Leroy R.l and Robyn S. did an amazing job in a short time; they knew what was needed and successfully completed the work in a short time. We highly recommend them.

What should have been the beginning of a great musical journey is currently mired in a fog of poor customer service, excuses and zero delight. Stay "tuned" and I'll update this if I ever get my "high-end" Pro-Ject record player back in working condition.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! They are crooks.I don't make much money but I saved up for three months and bought a 65 inch Sony Smart TV for over 700.00. Got home and hooked everything up put the box out on the back patio. Turned it on and there is a huge crack in the screen with rainbow colors radiating out from it. Completely unusable. So we decided to take it back the next day. That night it rained and ruined the box. on the receipt that I had it says returns without the packaging would have to be deducted from the refund. I didn't want a refund I just wanted a working television. When I went in, the sales agent on duty told me I would have to speak with Antony the sales manager but he was out on deliveries which made zero sense but ok, Ill call back in the morning. The sales agent said I could leave the TV there until the next day. he put a copy of my receipt on it. and put it in the back. I called the next morning and this guy ANTONY VARGHES who is the sales manager. tells me there is nothing he can do without the box. I tell him what it says right on the receipt. and he tells me he still needs the box to confirm the damage to my TV. that its impossible for these TVs to get damaged in the box. Unless the box is damaged. I cant believe Best Buy even associates with this group of criminals. And then he tells me I need to come get my TV out of his store or he is throwing it away. I don't get off work till 8:30 they close at 9:00. I got there at 8:50 and they had thrown my TV away. So these guys sold me a broken TV refused any sort of compensation or refund and then threw my TV away.I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

I stopped into Best Buy yesterday to make a purchase of a portable blue tooth speaker and found that Markee from Magnolia Audio Video was very helpful with all my questions about audio equipment, from speakers, to receivers and connecting blue tooth to my current system. Markee was very patient with me as I was trying to understand all my options, from isolating a problem with the sounds coming from my equipment, to navigating the best solution to my needs/wants. Our car was broken into in the parking lot and we were told it happens all the time. No security cameras, no security, no police. We were there for only 30 minutes. DO NOT GO. Very dangerous zone.
