I really enjoyed going here. I feel like they answer all my question and let me tell you I was asking a lot of questions and asking to see a lot of stuff. The guy was really knowledgeable and what they didn't have he did say he can try to get it for me if they have it. He made me feel like there was no rush and I didn't have to buy anything. And when I did buy something he did make me feel really appreciate.

Goyard is a French luxury house known for its iconic monogrammed leather goods and luggage. As the brand does not have many standalone boutiques in the United States and you are unable to purchase directly from them online, I was looking forward to visiting their boutique located near Union Square during my recent San Francisco vacation. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the boutique's intimate ambiance and tasteful decor. Despite its small size, every inch of the space was thoughtfully appointed. During my visit, I was fortunate to have the boutique to myself, allowing for a leisurely browsing experience. The sales associate, Mikey, provided exceptional service. While I had a particular bag in mind, Mikey also took the time to introduce me to another item that caught my eye, providing detailed information about both options. Ultimately, I was able to purchase the bag I had been eyeing for months, thanks to Mikey's assistance and the boutique's well-curated selection. With attentive service and a diverse range of products, it's a destination worth visiting for those seeking quality and elegance.

I got connected to my SA Giles when I contacted Goyard through distant sales. I had a really great experience with him. He was responsive and efficient - a pleasure to work with! He shipped out my bag on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday!

A big shout out to my SA Venus!!! Purchasing my travel tote bag on line is a breeze. Hawaii has no Goyard store so I contacted customer service in Paris. However I was referred to Venus of San Francisco. I'm grateful for the excellent service. Venus went above and beyond to help me get the bag of dreams on my birthday. She's such a very pleasant SA and hope to visit her at Goyard store in the future. % recommend Goyard. Also thanks Chris for your help processed my purchase and the fast shipping service you provided. You guys are amazing! Thanks.

I went to look for purses, and the SA was very helpful. He was patient, looked through available stocks, and showed me what they had. I have read a lot of reviews before going to the store in San Francisco, and I have read a lot of good reviews about SA Giles in SF; what a surprise to know that Giles was the one who helped me. Now I understand why a lot of people say good things about him. I got my beautiful bag, and the customer service was impeccable!

Was greeted at the door warmly and luckily there was no line. I was immediately serviced by Giles. Giles listened to what I was looking for functions and daily use of a tote bag. He then suggested the color, size, and personalization. I am very impressed and happy with the service provided by Giles and look forward to receiving the tote!

This review is long overdue as I recently purchased my 2nd Goyard piece. Since I do not live near a boutique, and have a very demanding career, I reached out to the SF boutique in 2022, and the Sales Manager, Jay was super responsive, kind and promptly connected me with an amazing SA, Mikey C.Mikey is my go-to SA; he has helped me with both purchases, and has been absolutely wonderful to work with! He is professional, personable, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, communicative, and curates a pleasant experience.

Almost 5 months and bag has not been repaired. Yes I know Goyard is busy, quality and so forth. But I left my Goyard bag with them for repair on Sep 23. (The 2016 St Louis Tote strap started bleeding color and since it’s a known issue, they will repair it for free) Called and emailed in late Dec for update. No response. Had to go in person and they said it might be in next shipment. It’s now Feb 22 and still no word. Goyard does not respond to emails or pick up telephone.In what universe are we residing in in which it’s become OK for a company to not pick up the telephone, not respond to emails, not give you status updates until you go in person in store waiting in line, and have a repair that’s taking potentially HALF A YEAR?

Very poor attitude.Tried to contact the store on the phone to make an inquiry regarding a product and this lady answering the phone was very unprofessional and hung up on me without even saying goodbye or thank you. I am not your VIP but I guess even Domino’s would have a better attitude talking to their customers

I'm leaving only 2 stars because the service after the sale has been awful. I've been trying to call the store several times and no one answers. I email them as per the voice message states, and haven't received a reply. The product is good but if you ever need any service after the fact, I'd avoid his location. Very disappointed. There's also not a corporate contact on the main website to submit a complaint.
