New houses and condominiums. Additions. Bathrooms and Kitchens. Permit processing. Modern, Traditional and Eclectic Designs, flexible approach. Tricky sites, including hillsides. Interior design. Awareness of finishes and materials. Our firm specializes in quality new homes, residential remodels and additions. Stylistically, our work would best be described as eclectic, incorporating a variety of influences favoring no single style. Our work ranges from traditional to modern with an emphasis on creativity and problem solving. Our experience in dealing with planning and building departments throughout the Bay Area and our record of working well with project neighbors contribute to our expertise in getting building permits approved.
