My car was in the body shop for three weeks. Danny Chao was very helpful in updating me on the status of the parts orders. Besides being a consummate professional, he is friendly and willing to take the time to explain details to the customer. Danny deserves 5 stars Plus!

I was impressed with Danny and his team's recent work repairing the collision damage to the rear of my Audi Q3. Danny wasresponsiveness, and efficient. He communicated to keep me informed as the work proceeded. The repair crew did a perfect job and it was completed in less time than I expected. What more could a body shop customer want? My Audi looks better than it has in years! Thanks to Royal's Danny and crew.

Danny, the Body shop general manager was professional and polite. The results of his work on my 2019 Audi exceeded expectations. Turnaround time was reasonable. Highly recommend this shop for any work small or large.

Danny and his team did a fantastic job. After having gotten into a small fender bender with an autonomous vehicle, I had some damage to my front bumper and motion sensor. Danny thoroughly explained all of the work that needed to be done and made sure to only do the work that was necessary. In addition my car was ready earlier than promised, which was an added bonus. I feel like I received a fair deal, which helped take some of the sting out of an extremely annoying situation. I would definitely recommend Royal Auto Group Body Shop and will be back if ever needed.

I was rear ended and needed my bumper repaired. I took it to Danny at Royal Auto Group Body Shop and the experience exceeded my expectations. Danny was very courteous, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. My car was repaired quickly and they did a great job, it looks brand new. I would highly recommend this body shop.

Danny is the best! Short story long: Some noninsured nonregistered douchebag crashed into the back of my Mazda. I took it here and Danny has made a truly challenging process bearable. From dealing with our insurance to dealing with the supply chain nightmares he has followed through and done a fantastic job. The quality of work here is excellent. Not only did they do the repairs they found additional damage that was caused by the accident and repaired it. Danny went out of his way to help us. His communication skills are great as well. If you need body work I highly recommend this place.

Danny and his team really earned their 5 stars. I came in with my brand new Audi A5 for a scrape in my fender with some paint chips and a light bend. Danny was extremely friendly, gave me an estimate and took time to explain and answer all questions so I felt fully confident leaving my baby in his hands. He included buffing out a lighter scrape in the bumper completely for free. The price seemed fair for the amount of parts they had to take out and repaint (bender with headliner, door, rear light). My car ended up being ready 2 days sooner (4 working days total) than the day he gave me (which had included a day buffer) and Danny already informed me ahead of time. When I came to pick it up, you could not tell any work was done, the color (Daytona Grey Pearl) was matched perfectly and super smooth. They let me inspect everything rigorously and I found a few tiny, barely visible spots in the paint (like dust particles) they overlooked, which Xao immediately polished out for me again on the spot (and then gave it another rinse again). He really wanted it to be perfect! I was told as a warranty if I ever have any issue with the repair, for as long as I own the car, I can come by any time and they'll make sure it's fixed. I will definitely come here again if I ever need any body work done on my car again!

We got rear ended and went to this shop per our maker's suggestion. Ummm is it possible to love an auto body shop???! Danny (I assume the manager or owner?) was the nicest person, and called our car rental company many times on our behalf while were waiting for them to pick us up. Also, this is silly, but they have the cleanest bathroom of any auto shop I've ever been to. You can tell the team cares about their customers. Best of all, they quoted ~7 days for repair and it only took 3, and when we picked our car up, it was super detailed and clean inside, too.

Danny the Body shop manager was great. I felt very confident the repairs will be done right. My brand new (230 miles only) Mazda CX-5 was vandalized. Repairs was about $2000. When I picked up the car it looked good as new. There was some dirt on the side mirror and Danny didn't let me leave without cleaning it. That's great customer service. He really cares about his customer. A credit to the Royal Auto Group. I definitely will come back to the dealership for my maintenance needs.
