My repair advisor Randy is very nice and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns regarding my car. It's also very nice knowing that he is bilingual, that makes me more comfortable speaking to him in my native language. Again, a shout out to Randy for providing excellent customer service.

Brought my car in for a routine maintenance and had the smoothest experience. Great customer service(not pushy) and it took about 3 hours, I decided to just hang out at a cafe close by but you can decide to use their lounge or get vouchers to Uber back home and come pick up the vehicle once it is ready.

I purchased my 2017 Mazda CX 5 at Mazda San Francisco and I have it serviced 2x a year at their service center. I highly recommend service through Mazda for the quality of the work/parts and professionalism of employees. I’ve utilized the same service representative for six years, he knows my car as well as I do. Julio is the best!
