“This is an incredible program that without these hero’s doing the work they do many lives would be lost and costs to taxpayers would increase exponentially in emergency medical services that would manifest without the reduction of harm that they provide. The services provided here range everything from Narcan training and free Narcan provided, medical Care on Thursday Afternoons and wound care, all of the possible harm reduction supplies you might need as well as wound care supplies first aid some hygiene items such as disposable undies and feminine products group support and referral for treatment as well as testing of street drugs so the consumer can make a more informed decision on what is going into their bodies. Restrooms are available (restrooms were still being renovated so they might not be ready just yet) the only thing missing from this location is a safe consumption program. The staff and volunteers are some of the kindest people who have no judgement come as you are!”
“I had a good comfortable experience. The lady was knowledgeable and straight forward. I was relieved, because all the choices made me confused & unsure of myself. Abundant free parking in the Safeway lot. Not the safest area though. 8/23/23: Cindy Wu was so helpful & reassuring. The place is in what seems like a dangerous location that's gotten worse since I went there last time. I like my new replacement c-pap machine & am so glad my insurance covers this product. I sleep ? ? great with this machine! They need to keep their front entrance door locked ?! There's no security from the outside to their office. The downstairs front desk guy does not watch the outside elevator or stop anyone from using it. It's not a safe area; although, I never heard of anyone in this ? office being attacked. There's always a 1st time. I did not feel safe inside their office, & the lady was there alone! It seemed to be dangerous to me.”

Allure Mobility has the biggest showroom in the bay with a wide range of products. You can order an electric scooter, hospital beds, wheelchairs, and commodes, (and more products!) with models or brands that you like that they carry (which is a lot!). You can either rent or do private purchase. As for insurance, they can process these purchases if you have Medicare or PPO plans.
Rizza, Robert, and Alex are amazing!! They're very helpful and knowledgeable about the specs of their products! They do timely deliveries and are very responsive. I highly recommend people to come here and check it out if you need home medical supplies! They are also available for walk ins!”
“Went in for an urgent rental while my Fiance had a emergency visit. Older gentleman helped us and was very kind and patient and informative about the wheel chair rental. I was also surprised that they didn't take the security deposit at the time but only if we didn't return with the wheelchair which was a nice surprise. Either way smooth, informative, and did not take long.”
