the stuff there are terrible. It was my first time in the US, and I knew very little about how to buy a service like this and I was in a hurry. What I needed was the lowest package, which cost only $40, but the man charged me 57. Next month I asked him how I was charged,he told me he bought an insurance of $12/month for my phone,which he did not mention last month. And I canceled it, but he still charged me $50, 5 dollars more and I thought that was the tax. And the next month I finally figured out that if I pay online, I would be charged only $40. The stuff there are misleading, and really really terrible.

Metro is a big scam. It does not provide what you pay for. They sell you home wifi but when you complain of repeated failures to connect and interuptions; Then Metro tells you the service is not available in your neighborhood. Then why did Metro sell me something fraudulently knowing it would not work. Why am I not getting the service I paid for. Metro blames the Customers instead of just reconnecting the friggin service customers paid for but do not receive. DO NOT GO WITH METRO. USE XFINITY OR ASTOUND. METRO IS A SCAM . METRO SUCKS.

Worst customer service ever. They put me on HOLD for over 2 hour because I received crap cell service. They blamed me for their miss haps. Ugly service!

Wait in line for the longest time, then , because I'm paying at the store I'm charged an additional $5.( Sounds like a class action suit coming) just to pay my phone Bill.

I have had problems with employees not doing what I thought was their best to be helpful to customers. The manager however cancels all that out. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and if it wasn't for him and his service is wouldn't shop here.
