I am a customer for over 18 years. I have the most terrible experience in that store. They try to sell you staff and trick you. They made me come back three times and never got my issue fixed. They could not connect my watch to my phone and add a separate line to the new watch. I waited for over two hours and nothing solved. I complained to Metro pcs customer service and I hope they eliminate that incompetent workers there. I really miss my old workers who spoke very good Spanish. I won’t go to the Mission Metro Stores anymore. Terrible. I am very angry and disappointed.

They are under new management and they are con artist. They over charge you, they lie to you to get you to buy things you don't need. They add taxes to make money and they charge what they want not what they're suppose to. If you have a current sim card from your phone if it breaks they lie to you and tell you you have to buy a new one because your regular one won't work, which is a full fledge lie. If you don't wanna get played out your money i suggest you go to a different store.

On the Google website store says it opens at 9 am, it’s 9:23 AM and the rollup door is still shut. I haven’t seen that one employee.

Yesterday I went to the store to buy a new phone and they gave me good promotions and they even gave me the information of my old phone, all the workers were friendly and their customer service was good, I felt confident coming to this store subway
