I went in to pay my monthly bill and enquire about adding a line. Romeo answered all my questions and helped me to make an educated decision. Her didn't market me feel like I was wasting his time and I left with a new line and feeling very happy about it.

It was a little time consuming but i came out with a better deal than i went in there for. I was just looking to upgrade my phone thinking i would spend $300 at least. Shabazz gave me a super deal. I got the Samsung Galaxy A36 5G for free and he threw in the Galaxy A95G tablet for free. All i paid was the activation and taxes it came out to $58.30 i was blessed. Beside the time, great service couldn't have been more satisfied.

The place on Van Ness is closed so now I have to go to another one ,this is the one I went to it's on market it was nice . Just know the one on Van Ness was closer may be it will reopen dang

They want to charge me 120$ for a 2 person family plan.Also they never gave me my pin for my metro account.

I took my Metro PCS phone purchased 6 months prior to 1100 Market St. location to ask about some settings and instead of listening and giving me instructions she grabbed my phone and walked around the store in in the back room with it changing the settings. She wouldn't give it back when I asked. When she finally did my phone was unusable and I had to replace it.

I called customer service, and upgraded my phone, The agent signed me up for a deal that wasn't correct.
I got the phone two days later.
I went to metro p c s store on fifth street and market, so they could help me activate it.
(Well, I was signed up for an extra line that I wasn't told about or wanted., So this messed everything up with my account and my two phones.)
Inside the metro store I spoke to Adolfo and Cathy. They were friendly, patient, professional and very competent. After about forty five minutes and with their persistence,......everything worked out fine and I left happy. I
really appreciated being treated like a valued customer. Which is hard to find these days.
