New workers in this location I almost got scam trying to sell me an iPhone 12 for $1000.00. They also tried to sell me an android that worth $199.00 with a bundle offer ended up $499. Boombox, iPhone cover, earbuds without consulting us. This one worker is a big scammer I don’t believe this is a Metro PC. Store legit. I feel bad for all this Latinos customers that don’t know English and this people will be robbing them very bad.

The dude that was giving me service was telling his partner to get him the iPhone 15 I asked for and he just kept making wierd noises and not getting the phone and also was on his phone the whole time also they were telling me that I had to pay 1200 for the phone I wanted when in the others and the website said it costed less than 1000 dollars and costed 950 dollars all with tax included

Grace was so helpful. Phone problems stress me the F out. No way was I solving my problem without a live person in a store to help patiently. This store also has way more stuff in stock than a lot of other locations I've visited. Thanks again Grace!!

The young female worker was very very rude!! Just unprofessional all together. The older female which may have been her relative just stood there as if she was scared to speak up. I had to get up outa there. She’s lucky I didn’t have my daughter take her down!! Ignorant lil’ B. Went elsewhere and was helped without an issue

Great service, nice girls, one girl said a bad word joking, but I took the opportunity to tell my 15 and half yr old,"You see this is the reason you should not have this kind of language customers can hear it might be Christian, and don't approve, always be professional, And AGAIN THE GIRLS GAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO ALL THANK YOU.
