Not sure if it's the same owners/staff, but if the young Indian men still work here, don't go here. They take forever and let the line pile up. There's always at least 3 other frustrated people who have been waiting who knows how long. And then they try to overcharge you for everything. Went to the Metro store on Geneva and got the exact same phone for $80 less.
I've heard many bad experiences from other people as well.

The guys that work there take to long and and some of them while helping you and last time i went was for changing my wifi and they took a long time after that they wanted to give me and used one 😡👎🏿

Metro, their signal coverage is rubbish, I will switch to Cricket, they are just stealing my money here also if you want to pay online they charge you $8.40 in Fees, thieves

These Mexican ladies that work in this store are lazy and always close 30mins ahead of time and sometimes even a hour ahead of closing plus they never answer the phone and just let it keep on ringing smh! Get rid of the whole staff and need hire more professional workers since it’s obvious they are too comfortable doing nothing all day. Terrible service! Don’t even bother going to this location! The staff and service sucks!
