Was really happy with their services, we had an urgent request and these guys were lightning-quick. It took us a few hours from first reaching out to them to getting business cards printed out and delivered, mind you it was all done via emails. Very communicative and helpful team, shoutout to Alex for being an MVP!

I have quite a bit of experience with the printing world, and I think I am well-acquainted with several of the businesses in the area. They know what they are doing here, and most importantly, they genuinely care about ensuring the result is what you desire. You will not find this dedication anywhere nearby. I have received advice, guidance, assistance with changes. They serve you with patience and are dedicated to you. I could not be more satisfied with the result, it involves digital wall art from Etsy and flyers for events.

Needed a pretty small, specific order of postcards that was taken extremely seriously and professionally by everyone at this print shop. The first good thing they did was give me a call and warn me about something that I wanted that might not turn out as nice as I would have liked due to the limitations of printing postcards in general. The shop is clearly detail oriented and cares about making their customers happy. The next good thing was that during the proofing process, I had lots of nitpicks and still the entire time the shop stayed patient, professional, and made sure I got what I needed. They are certainly a gem in SF compared to my other experiences with other shops in the process of trying to get this order fulfilled, and I will certainly be back for any further printing needs.needless to say, I am extremely happy with both the results and the rate at which they were able to deliver to the postcards.

I arrived with a very urgent request and moreover, the format of my files was not 100% correct. They attended to me in a truly professional manner, helped me a lot, even with Photoshop editing to ensure the result would be perfect. And so it was. Do not hesitate, in this place, they will assist you with great professionalism and aiming for the desired outcome. Thank you again! .

I came in with an unconventional request - to get photo negatives printed on transparent paper - and the person helping me was kind and accommodating on top of printing my things free of charge! This shop is such a trustworthy place and I would go back for larger printing needs.

They did a great job for me and got my order ready 1 day before than expected. Julian was very kind explaining everything in detail/helping plus he’s bilingual (Spanish/English), very important quality to understand when you’re not used to speak English using specific vocabulary about printing ?. It was very helpful.

Not sure why all the reviews are so positive, because I had a very negative experience before even placing an order, specifically with Julian.I tried getting a quote from Julian on Sunday night for some custom postcards, prints, and color copies. I also asked over the phone the next morning. I'd printed these files with other printers before, so I thought I'd get a straightforward quote. I waited and waited all day after that phone call, and it wasn't until 3 minutes before closing that I got a quote with some OUTRAGEOUS prices (eg. $5 PER half sheet on standard size printer paper).I significantly reduced my order to avoid some of the egregious price gouging. I sent my files, which were the correct ratio for printing but in higher resolution to avoid quality loss, and asked for a new quote. This time I didn't even get a quote -- I told immediately that first I had to add bleed and trim marks myself, which I've never been asked to do by a printer before. I said the files I sent already accounted for bleed, and they said bluntly, "Your files are not ready to print and they are most definitely not set up with a bleed." They also called one of my inquiries "pointless." Rude!!!They then sent me screenshots of how to add the bleed / trim guides myself (on software I do not have), and added guidelines to one of my files as an example... which tells me they could DO know how to do it, but don't want to.TLDR: Slow quotes, rude/unprofessional employees. Just look elsewhere. Plenty of other printers are probably more capable when it comes to file handling, and would be happier to work with you to get the job done.
