Mio is my favorite boutique in San Francisco. I have shopped there for over 30 years and have always looked forward to seeing Mio and her wonderful staff. The selection is eclectic , chic and thoughtfully chosen. Shopping in a small boutique suits me best and I am a huge fan of Mio.

Best retail experience I've had in awhile!! 3 lovely ladies working the shop- each engaging in their own unique way. They had a vibrant energy that made shopping fun. The selection of Issey Miyake is superb. The employees suggestively sold, were genuine in their interactions and very knowledgeable about the product. They weren't there to make a buck, they were there to sell beautiful product. I'll definitely be back.

MIO is an extraordinary shop with many collections for all price ranges. Over the years, those of us locals have been dressing from casual to dressy with one of a kind pieces from MIO. Truly a treasure in San Francisco and known around the country by those who follow great women's retail. MIO is an SF gem and not to be missed. We are lucky to have great entrepreneurs like MIO and others who created lovely shops with pieces found no where else.

issey miyake outfits, but older sales women disingenuous. heard them highly disdainful of customers they had earlier as they crossed the street.

San Francisco is really limited in terms of fashion brands, Mio however is an exception. The store includes great selection of German (Rundholz, Trippen) and Japanese (Issey Miyake PleTs Please, Issey Miyake Bao Bao) designers. Not your average “meh” boutique.

Mio management does NOT stand behind their merchandise. I ask for a credit OR exchange for this never worn, flawed garment. They refused to honor ANY customer service. I owned a women's designer clothing store for many years in another city, and never disrespected my customers as Mio does.
