Mission District Therapy is a physical therapy practice located in San Francisco's Mission District. Patients describe it as a knowledgeable, professional, and highly-skilled office with a wholistic approach to treatment and rehab. The owner and supervisor is recognized as a kind, seasoned, astute diagnostician with a gentle demeanor, inspiring complete confidence. Patients report impressive diagnostics to assess specific muscles and issues, including for rotator cuff trouble, shoulder impingement, tendinitis, contusions, and post-surgery rehabilitation. The therapy involves a tailored exercise regimen that starts easy and gradually becomes more demanding, requiring time and discipline. Patients are also taught about the importance of posture. The practice is noted for having experienced colleagues who provide pleasant and effective workouts and clear explanations for each exercise. The administrative staff at the front desk is described as pleasant and super efficient. Many patients highly recommend the office, stating everyone could benefit from physical therapy. A noted consideration is that the practice may not be in all insurance coverage networks, potentially requiring out-of-pocket payment.

The Mission district was full of cool graffiti art. It fun to roam the alleys and streets to see the different artist expressions from various artists.

We had a fun return trip to the Mission District of San Francisco. We had a delightful lunch on the patio at Foreign Cinema, which is a really fun restaurant We took a walk and went to several stores and also looked at the amazing murals. We went to the mission and also to Delores Park.
