I love this bank. I opened an account a few years ago and it's really helped me in managing my money better. 16th is a busy street and it can get wild. I love how they have a parking lot so I don't have to worry about getting tickets or getting my car bipped... the staff is friendly and attentive. Thank you MNB !

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I inherited his grandmother's IRA account at this bank after she passed away two years ago. Although we have gone in and shown them her death certificate several times (I'm talking at least half a dozen times), they still seem confused and ask to talk with her when we go in. They still send mail to her, after being asked to stop for two years, and they STILL ask to see her death certificate when we tell them that she's passed away. For two years we have been trying to get them to understand that she's died! Unfortunately, that is their least infuriating blunder. Asking this bank to do the simplest task is like pulling teeth. Each person we talk to seems even more confused than the last, and no one seems to have a clue as to what's going on. Many times we have gone in to see the clerks scrolling through Instagram or texting or even wearing their headphones while at the front desk. When we finally get their attention, we're lucky if they find our account or can give us an answer to a simple question. My husband is constantly questioned and treated suspiciously even though HIS NAME IS ON THE ACCOUNT. We have wasted hours of our life just trying to get the smallest banking tasks done here. Frustration doesn't even begin describe how we've felt while working with this bank. Because of their continued and blinding incompetence, we have been trying to transfer banks. Our financial advisor has tried initiating a transfer, only to get hung up on over and over again, or to have them put him on "hold" which turns out to be them forgetting to push the hold button and chatting while he waits on the line. In his words, "It's like a bunch of kindergartners decided to play bank." If you are thinking of using this bank- DON'T! If you bank here and are experiencing the same level of idiocy- GET OUT! Unfortunately, for those of us trying to leave this bank, it's a lot like getting lost in a circus: maddening, nonsensical and costly.
