We have used Mobile Auto Glass more than once and they are always so professional and do such great work! I called them on a Wednesday and they had the glass and replaced it as early as that Friday morning! Strongly recommend this shop!

After dealing with Safelite glass for a month with the worst customer service I called this company and they were there the next morning and did a great job. Luisa took great care to make sure I got it done first thing in the morning since I had somewhere to be by noon. Jorge did a great job. Highly recommend.

If I am ever in need of an auto glass repair again in the East Bay or Sonoma County, there is no doubt I will contact this business. I was experiencing a true nightmare with another well-known company (4 appointments and still no windshield), so we contacted our insurance agent for a different referral. We ended up calling a local auto insurance agent and he said he's been using Mobile Auto Glass successfully for his clients for over a decade. Within a week they were able to get all the necessary parts and correct windshield and the job was completed beautifully. Nicolas was our installer and he was genuinely caring, pleasant and fast. He had to replace more than just the windshield and he completed it all within 45 minutes. Luisa in the office was communicative and professional the entire time so we were kept in the loop. They give a 3-hour window of time the day before so you can plan accordingly.They are out of San Francisco, but they drive to your location to do the work. I am so grateful to see the incredible results. Beautiful job and completed as promised.

No show for an appointment. Apparently the technician stopped by on an earlier day and took pictures without letting us know. They didn't bother to let us know that they cancelled our appointment. So unprofessional! And of course they didn't take any responsibility for installing lousy parts and called them wear and tear.

I have nothing but positive things to say about these folks. They recently replaced the windshield on my 2020 GMC pickup. Newer vehicles are complicated with all of the cameras, heads-up display, etc. The first piece of glass had some issues. Long story short, they quickly ordered OE glass, came back and replaced again and then calibrated. They were concerned I was going to be angry with them. On the contrary! Being in business for myself, I understand challenges with product. It's customer service that makes or breaks things and this whole team, office staff, installation and calibration, were great. Thank you for sticking it out and getting my truck back to where it's as good as new!

I had an appointment for them to replace my windshield for a week and the day of the replacement the technician tells me he won’t come out to my work address. He also gives me some bogus story that he needs a partner to help replace the windshield. If you had an appointment on the books for a week and the company knew your address and what type of windshield you will need, I would think they would be prepared with the proper manpower and if they were going to come out to the address. I would not recommend this company to anyone with the lack of communication and customer service. Very disappointed

I had my windshield weather strip come apart and called my State Farm insurance recently and they advised me to call the Windshield Glass company, Mobile Auto Glass that put it in. It had been way over a year since they installed it. I called and spoke with Luisa who stated that they had no record of it since their computers were down. She advised me that if I could find my receipt then we could talk. After looking extensively, I found my original receipt and faxed it to her. She set up an 1-4pm window to have a guy come out with a new weatherstrip and installed it free of charge. Even the installer remarked how great this company was to do this. So, I'd like to thank Luisa and the company for the extra special customer service!

Everything they told me was a lie. I asked them to call me on a Monday at 4pm when I could give them my schedule and they didn't. Didn't call me Tuesday. When I called on Wednesday, they told me they didn't want to bother me. And they're entire scheduling system was down. I asked them to call me when it was up. No call till I had my insurance company call them. My insurance company told me that they had the OEM glass in stock which is why we we're going with them. Then they yelled at me and made it my fault that I worked. Scheduled an appointment for the following friday, 9am. I took the day off for the appointment and wasn't called until 9:30 to where they lied and told me the technician hurt his back. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks later with "another technician". When I finally met with the the technician he explained to me that he was the original technician, he never hurt his back, that they never had the glass in stock and gave me after market windshield that he just got into the warehouse the day before. The glass they installed is already chipped. Also if your vehicle has a camera, you'll still have to take it somewhere else for them to calibrate the camera at an addition charge. Stay away from this place!!! Luisa is super rude and won't take any responsibility.

i had my window repaired and the guy who installed my window scratched my brand new car! Luisa said not to worry about paying my deductible for the cost of the window and for me to get a quote for the scratches and they will take care of it. I got a quote for the damage and Luisa is not willing to pay because the quote is too high!! It's a brand new vehicle what did you expect!! Now Luisa wants me to pay for my $500 deductible! DO NOT COME HERE!!
