Unprofessional. There was a black man, im unsure of his name, but it started with a M and he was mad disrespectful and unkind when i asked about a specific item. please hire better people who actually love their job. If you do not like your job, please stay broke.

I love Moncler product, but I absolutely hate its customer service online. Their online chat and WhatsApp representatives provided many wrong and contradictory information to me with my order, and some of them are outright unprofessional and rude. I have restrained myself from writing a negative review here, but this is my third unpleasant experience chatting with a Moncler representative...Don't use their chats. They WILL destroy your shopping experience.

I just have to stop in to make a post about the exceptional customer service I have received once again from Deenie! She is the absolute best. I haven't had time to stop in to the store lately due to being swamped with work, and Deenie continues to reach out to me and send me photos and info on pieces that are totally my style! This is the absolute best! So thankful to have a client advisor that pays so much attention to detail, remembers my personal style, and is not afraid to reach out to me and show me what is new and exciting in the store! Can't say enough how much I appreciate the EXCEPTIONAL and STELLAR customer service that is ALWAYS provided from Deenie, truly the best client advisor ever! Advice, guidance, and help picking out new styles from such a great person is the reason why I will ALWAYS return to this location and ONLY purchase from this location through Deenie. Thanks again for being the best!

Courteous and friendly staff! I made an online purchase for pick-up at the store. Vanessa, the sales associate, was so kind that not only did she unbox the parcel and help me trying the jacket on, upon my request, she put the jacket in a garment bag for my ease of carrying. That is caring customer service!

Visited the Union Square Moncler store weekday morning in August and was asked to wait outside 5 min since I did not have an appt. The "5 min" turned out to be 30 min which is fine considering they may be trying to limit customers in store. However, went there today/FRI morning and again asked to wait outside 5 min since I did not have an appt. The "5 min" turned out to be 30 min and turns out they had one customer in the store! And staff had "cold" attitude justifying their COVID policy - whereas GUCCI and LV nearby have waiting lines but allow more customers indoors in line with current SF COVID policies. Avoid the Union Square Moncler store with their "idiot" staff - best to buy @Moncler online store or at the more friendlier Moncler store in Bloomingdales nearby

They wasted my time coming for a repair, then told me they would call me the next day after they "see if they could do it" (zipper change) , and they never returned to me. Impossible to get after sales service here.
