Lots of good food options, the best mall on the west side of SF! Now with Whole Foods, Regal Cinema, and Sports basement!

Not at all a dead mall, quite lively with good integration with public transit. If you're a tourist, you wouldn't be remiss if you said "it doesn't look at all like San Francisco", but it sure is bustling nonetheless.

A few interesting shops beyond the typical mall franchise stores. The coffee kiosk in the center had great service considering only one employee present. The hot chocolate and teas, though, were mediocre.

Stonestown Galleria's renovations offer a welcome upgrade. The remodeled Target, Regal cinema, and Whole Foods enhance the overall experience. It's clear that the focus is on in-person retail, a refreshing trend. However, the food court remains a notable weak point and would benefit from a similar revitalization effort.

This is a mall that is very much NOT DEAD. Everytime I go it's hopping with young people all over! Good movie theater, many good food options, and a variety of shops (but no traditional department stores).

We have shopped at Stonestown for decades...it was terrific - easy parking - Nordstrom was great- the Emporium was a classic...there were many shops - ( Apple, The Gap...) - after being away for couple of years- and was blown away. The "Mall" is crammed with stores...(quantity not quality) the parking lot, at 10 am, is packed. Scores of people are - shopping, or walking - or dining...They call it "premier" - hardly. They claim 100 stores...really? So congested and crammed.Been there...never again.

The most important thing about shopping mall is foot traffic, and this place has it. Enough said.

This is an accessible high-end mall. I window shop mostly other than visit food offerings. I tend to shop for groceries closer to home near Market Street. The mall is a hangout for Cal State San Francisco students, which is not far from there. It's also across the street from a branch of the San Francisco Public Library. It has a Citibank, McDonald's, Trader Joe's, Target, and Whole Foods anchoring the mall, driving up the traffic. These have outside access. The stores that have inside access are supposedly trendy: Zara, Uniqlo, tons of options for prepared meals and snacks. There is also an Apple store. It is also accessible to the Muni's M train and numerous bus lines.
