I ordered Same Day delivery and they completed my order super fast! I placed my order at 11:38am and by 1:09pm my auntie texted me that she received them! The flowers were also in great condition and I am super happy with our experience.

My first time purchasing flowers from Mystic Garden was over 30 years ago. I was buying boutonnieres and corsages for prom. Imagine my surprise to discover they are still in business. Sadly this time I am purchasing funeral arrangements for a service later this month. I appreciate that Mystic Garden's website is easy to navigate. There is a section for funerals with photos and pricing for arrangements sent to the home or funeral service. I plan on buying flowers in the future for a happier occasions.

A wonderful florist delivered a beautiful orchid plant to a friend who just came home from the hospital. She was delighted with it!! Ordering online was quite simple and quick. Will definitely use them again.

I love coming here!! My family and I have been coming for years. I always get plants and bouquets here. I ordered from their online site and I was pretty dissapointed. I called a little over a week ago with a couple questions about ordering a bouquet through their website. The person who assisted me was super helpful and I ended up placing my order over the phone. I specifically asked for "The Love Struck Bouquet". I was under the impression that I was paying for the bouquet on the website. It was not specified that the bouquet pictured on their website would not be the bouquet I would receive as I ordered the standard option. The shipping was included in the price that I paid for the standard bouquet which was $120. However, when the bouquet was delivered, the difference was evident. I understand that the Lillie's are not yet opened and that bouquets will not all look the same due to weather and seasonal conditions. I called the business after receiving this bouquet. The lady on the phone was helpful and heard me out. I respectfully expressed my concerns and they said that they actually added more flowers to the bouquet. I'm sorry but this is not what I expected nor what I wanted to pay $120 for. I ended up running to another store to buy more greenery in order to make this bouquet fuller. I was incredibly disappointed that it was not communicated that the bouquet I paid for and would be receiving, was not going to be the size/standard of what was advertised. I understand that Valentine's Day is a stressful and busy season. When I was on the phone I asked what options they would give me moving forward. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that they "added extra roses and Lillies". I heard who I assume was the florist, in the background, saying over and again; "tell her I added extra roses and the lillies, the lillies!" I ended up hanging up because the commotion was too overwhelming for me. I was not offered the option to get compensated at all for this. I will not be coming back. It's a shame. My family and friends that I have recommended have all really enjoyed this place.

Mystic Garden was able to create and deliver the most beautiful bouquet for my best friend. I chose to do the Designers Choice: Floral Arrangement-Gift Wrapped Bouquet and it was absolutely perfect. When purchasing online, there is a section where they allow you to put special instructions and I mentioned that she loved pinks and purples and they did just that. I can't recommend Mystic Garden enough!
